Who’s to say the “hush money” wasn’t actually black mail money? If zacks such an opportunistic prick that he would exploit a previous relationship to be rated higher in smash, then why is it so hard to believe he would try and ruin someone else’s reputation after being caught in a match fixing scandal to gain sympathy?

I also want to point out that there are still laws in some places that sends some people at specific ages to a lower penalty house if I'm remembering correctly. I think what I mean is that, even if he did know about what he was doing, the effect of his mind forcing him to do it may still be different than an adults. People at a younger age might have a mindset that effects their ability to think before they do it. And of course there is the effect of development when learning from the bad choices to not do them again. If the person is still dangerous then he needs to get proper therapy still.

Technicals has also recently pointed out how he's still going to locals in 2024, so yeah, "I don't want to return to the smash scene" my ass, really hope someone makes a "5 years later, where are they now?" type video next year for everyone involved in the 5 year anniversary of the Smash abuse scandal, Zack, Cinnpie, Salem, ZeRo, Nairo, especially for those who were able to ghost themselves and walk away.

Thank you for the video and all of its information. It lays out the entire Zack Time line, which also means it points out Each Decline in Competative smash. I was able to target Zack as the douchebag that dragged people down with him. I have a different idea of what to do than you, but it's aligned with you I think. I just want Zack Banned from Smash. All I'm saying in 2023 is Nairo came back for seconds (pun intended). I highly doubt that a 15 year old is able to blackmail someone into sex like that, especially when the two of them were "dating" (in both of their own words) and got flirty over Twitter and at events. Idk...it just all seems a bit too good to be true that a guy in his 20s finds a younger boy cute, accepts their advances, flirts with them for years, and then somehow doesn't want to sleep with them? Especially since CaptainZack bragged about all of what he did to his friends like an "OMG the guy I like had sex with me" kind of way. Nairo is far from innocent, and claiming sexual assault just doesn't make sense to me anymore because of all the build-up to the act(s). He and his friends say that there's a 30-page legal document, yet he doesn't release it to the public. That's extremely suspicious and honestly makes me think that there's a lot that he isn't being honest about. Don't get me wrong, CaptainZack was and probably still is a sociopath who needs therapy, but that doesn't excuse Nairo's behaviour at all. He accepted Zack's advances, "dated" him, and then got flirty with him in DMs and on Twitter. Sorry, but that's still grooming. Then somehow the sex they have is sexual assault because of what Nairo said? With no evidence provided like a Doctor's Certificate???? Ngl Nairo's just shady
