The cheating is a RUMOR. For all you know, she might have been madly in love with Tyler Hoover, and he cheated on HER. And they may very well have had a prenup. He's a smart guy. That's why he's a millionaire. He already bought a bigger house and more cars. The alimony isn't necessarily a large sum. It could be just child support. AND the divorce settlement provides for his child, not just the ex-wife. Many divorce laws are lopsided, but some states have updated them.

I got married at 23. Had 2 kids right away. Got divorced at 30. Went through 5 years of drinking, sleeping with multiple strippers, basically living the dream. At 35, I met a very smart and attractive woman to whom I married. I was with her for 18 years. When she turned 50 something went off in her head and she turned insane. Literally. Next I know I'm being arrested and removed from my own home. Absolute BS charges that were later dropped, but there is still the aftermath. She makes considerably more money than myself. Our home that I own 50% of is now up for sale. I forced that upon her. And I am also pursuing alimony, which she will have to pay until I die. That's because of how long we were together. I'm also taking 50% of her pension. So, the courts don't only favor the women. Men can take financial from the woman. You just have to work hard to get it. And have a good lawyer that is willing to fight. I am taking no less than 50% of the home contents. Right down to half of the clothes hangers in the closet. That's not a joke either guys. It's on my list of items that I'm removing from the home. If she hadn't of been stupid and had me arrested, I would of sold the house, split it 50/50 and walked away. Because of her actions she will now be financially ruined for the rest of her life. Lesson learned. Don't piss off people that are smarter than you.

Its also very unfair because Hoovie is stuck paying child support for a very very very long time. I think he had two or three kids with his now ex-wife, so that will be an added expense on top of everything he does for at least another 8-15 years. I love Tyler and his KZbin channel. He's the only KZbinr for whom I watch every upload. HOWEVER, I did not like Car Issues. It was too polished and too staged, the same reasons I don't like Car Trek, despite my love of Hoovie. As for this video, it seems like it's a legal can of worms when it comes to the uncorroborated accusations about Tyler's ex-wife. I don't know if they're true, but I know I would have had a lot more to back them up if I were to put them out there on a commercial KZbin page. If there is better legal documentation than a Reddit page, you really should cite it more clearly.

Tyler said HIMSELF a YEAR ago that he was hopeful but seriously doubted that Car Issues was going to be renewed due to lack of interest and viewership. He even said last year that he was pretty sure that was going to be his last year. In fact, if you go WAY back, like two or three years ago he states in one of his regular Hoovies Garage videos that he wasn't sure if there were going to be any further seasons. This has been going downhill for years. It has NOTHING to do with his personal life. They struggled to find investors for the last two seasons.

He's an excellent KZbinr, he directly helped to spawn at least 2 channels that are going strong. His style is not conventional. I like that a lot, personally, it's incredibly entertaining to see a former car dealer making that many mistakes. On a more formal context of a structured network, specially on MotorTrend, you got Roadkill and RoadWorthy Rescues as 2 extremely successful cases of Shows that jumped from YT to Mainstream TV. I couldn't care less about who Tyler is currently dating, I'm just happy that he keeps posting, and I hope to see him again with another appearance on Car Trek, if that ever can happen again.

I think people miss the point of each shows' actual purpose. Its absolutely not finanical advice or how ot properly buy a car. Its interesting cars that have unique issues. Its about learning about what different issues cars have and the cost of ownership often in the worst case scenario. This is why his shows are unique.

hold on, TYler is making some of his best content ever. the new house, new HUGE garage, 5 acre farm and all the building work going on on that new house. diversifying is what keeps things fresh, and Tyler is doing just that. we still see him go to the wizard, despite he is no longer just 'down the road' from OMEGA AUTO CLINIC, not that he ever really was in the first place, as Tyler lived over 30 miles away from the car wizard and his garage. and now they are more than 100 miles apart, yet he still goes there, so make of that what you will!

I love his content and will always be a fan. Sucks that his show was dropped but with Hoovies Garage and and Good Morning KZbin, I still get my fix. My wife is Asian as well and says hes SO much better with April. They are such a great couple! His ex .... I will bit my tongue due to respect for Tyler.... cheated on him for years with same guy. When he gave her the Bentley you could clearly see she was faking it and just so blase' about it all. April is SO much better for him. She has a personality to match and is just such a nice person.
