Best video I've seen on how to fix deep scratches. I would recommend using less paint using your finger and applying more clearcoat. Using rubbing compound before, after, and in between is great.

I opened the clearcoat part and nothing came out, but the brush is wet. Pen is 11 years old. Is the pen garbage now?

How long should i let it dry for?
