One thing I forgot to mention. If you see some weird marks on the screen, that is actually my camera lens that I scratched a few weeks ago. Currently in the process of receiving a new lens module and lens protector. Thanks for Watching & Enjoy!

Low cam angle at 6:30 is better I reckon. Reminds bit more of Bill's 'stay low' cam angles.

Nothing wrong with slides, the price of wheels is small in comparison to other sports. Small price to pay for safety. Give the Undercover wheels a go. Nick Lomax 80mm 88a from Extreme skates I think you’ll like, Hit Franca up and let her know I sent ya, she might do you a good deal.

Yeah I would tend to agree. Really just depends on your income and the wheels you purchase. I have looked into them before, and would be willing to try. At the moment, I've actually got some SEBA 84a wheels that I need to try out. So I guess when I get a chance, Ill give them a ring. Cheers :)

Nice vid Mate! Where’s the car park? Bill Stoppard is the bomb, hard not to be inspired by that guy.

Cheers mate, and in this video I'm rocking 4x80. In saying that, the wheels were absolutely shafted and were very small.

At 1:00 how do you manage such a wide stance? Is it because of a very loose cuff strap? In my case I prefer to tighten my cuff all the way for maximum stability, but it limits how far I can spread my legs in monoline.
@timmorphine2 жыл бұрын
Wait a second, are those nexts 90? I'm rocking the same skates
@BladerzOfficial2 жыл бұрын
Usually if its a wider stance, its probably recovery positioning. Then again, I have long legs, so I naturally have a wider stance. My cuff strap is quite loose due to the NEXT's fitting system. Back when I recorded this, I was rocking the NEXT's 80.

@@BladerzOfficial After watching your video I played with the cuff a bit and went on a drill and yeah, it was totally possible to have a wider stance. I realized it was more of a practice/muscle thing. I'm working on the balance for the wider stance now, it's way more secure and stabler, your video inspired me, thanks!

An update after two years of skating, I love skating backwards and wide stance is a must, just relax the cuff strap a bit to allow that deeper flex, oh and muscles will hurt in the beginning skating like this, it's OK, it will get better later
