Oh my gawd! My brain is full and "I'm gonna need a bigger book" 😂 I watched this 3 times to make sure I took good notes, and wow! I put slow down and stop, listen so many times, I feel so lucky to have access to such training. I tend to go fast when I'm excited I got a real person on the phone and not a vm. Heyy Andy, this video is superb. But I have a question tho. In this video you talked mainly about customers who have bought before and script to use on them to even buy again. Now, I do not have any problem with that, but the thing is that the auto business I work in doesn't really provide details of previous customers so I'm left with only one option. "Cold calling prospects who never bought anything from us to sell them a car." Do you have a script as per cold calling new prospects to sell them a car or could you at least make a video on that, please?
