sir i am doing carb cycling.. i just want my plan checked by you...here's what i am doing. i do 3 days workout 3 days cardio... 1 day off monday - high carb day/workout day Tuesday - medium carb day/cardio day wed - High carb day/workout day Thursday- medium carb day/cardio day Friday - High carb day/ workout day sat - low carb day/ cardio day sunday - low carb day/ off i am on a lean gain mode. please do correct me if there is any problem. thanks

On carbs cycle Will the daily calorie differ? Or we need to adjust the macros for high medium and low carbs on the same calorie that we are maintaining for fat loss ?

Hey Thanks for the video and information. It really helped. Just wanted to ask you a question that does it has to be continuous days or can it be done otherwise? I mean, can I do high carb day on Tuesday and Thursday? Or should it be 2 consecutive days of high carbs? And other cycle of carbs accordingly.
