I am 17 yr old and my weight is now 75 kg bit 7 days before my weight is 80 kg so I lost 5 kg .by doing workout in morning for 45minutes and follow intermediate fasting 💪 👍

iss video mera help karrrega aur bhi. kyu ki mai ne apne weight kam kiya hai 81 yo 59 in 8 months and body fat 19 to 13% pe le ayaa. lekin maine kuchh reasons se 2 months break liyaa hai workout se aur nutrition ko maintain thora nhi karr paya. now mera body weight 65 kg hai... yeh information kaafi madad karegi meri.

hrishikesh Mazumder bhai mera weight 100kg higth 6" . Main only 2 roti 2 plate sabji pure day main lata hu. Jo something 500 kl hota . Main gym 4 hours workout krata hu. Par fir bhi mere weight slow slow hora hai. 2kg per month. Iska kya karan higa batao .

Physical Condition Height 5.5ft Weight 98 - 103 Age 18 Light cardio and weight training for 1 to 2 hours at evening Diet includes mostly vegetables and roti some plain rice at lunch , lots of fruits , milk and dry fruits. Mostly not much active throughout the day

Sr..iam following your blade training program from last 2 mnths and i have reached at 18% fat lvl from 23%. I have even set up macro nutrients as per your video.. and yes it is making a difference... But now the querry is iam unable to go below 18% . My set up is. Protein:164g ,fat:25g, carbs: 118 g. Maintaince calorie after dropping 15% is. 1370

Thanks for the knowledge sharing Jeet. Only thing that I would like to add is that it's better to have Full Fat milk, Complete egg, plain Paneer with whole lot of Nuts and Seeds avoiding all starchy foods that includes Brown bread and adding starch free veggies. I reduced. It's my personal healthy experience.

Greetings Jeet sir, no body can explain best then you in this WORLD🌏, I used to do gym 💪 2years before but still look like I go gym as people used to say it, now my belly coming out it's like 4 to 6 inches thick, now what should I do first cardios or just gym. well, most of the info shared by Jeet is to the point with some great take away points like the importance of nutrition when going for weight loss and listening to your body as only you can tell what's working for you or not. For some people calorie manipulation can work and for some intermittent fasting or keto diet can work(especially for obese people) but one thing is for sure that getting the body into single digit body fat percentage that too naturally(without any extra aid that most bodybuilder or competition prep guys use) is tough like hell if you are not ectomorph and also body is a very smart machine as Jeet said so it can also slower metabolism rate with calorie reduction(deficit) and in turn no visible weight loss. Thanks Jeet for spreading fitness awareness and helping everybody.

Bhai I lose 33 kg weight, from 110 kg to 77 kg. Fixing my carb intake and I included exercise mostly HIIT exercise and running 5 to 6 times in a week. But need lose fat in my belly , back and thighs.

hi @jeet selal aesthetics....absolutely love your videos!! I just happened to see this particular video and had a question. Since you have mentioned about setting up the macro intake for a 4 to 5% body fat level and cutting 200 calories every week, how do you exactly do that? Does that mean actually cutting down the number of breads I am eating or it simply means replacing a meal by some salad? Does it actually mean lowering your intake of food? Can you please elaborate a bit on that???? Thanks

Good day sir, We really respect you as a person and a fitness trainer. This is Parvez khan I'm 33 yrs young with 102 kg of weight and would like to loose my weight upto 25 kg specifically my belly fat. I'm taking measures to eat healthy which obviously helps but, would like to know few tips on how to loose weight and get a perfect form, I have joined gym since a week and feeling stronger than before.
