I actually gave money for this plot of land, and I happen to know that he didn't go thru the right channels to use this land, he was told it was owned. He probably found out who owned it and said fuck this and decided to shit on us all. I am 💯percent behind this lawsuit and not for the money, but for the price these assholes need understand that money does NOT buy everything.

This is what happened when you have no legal education on how land ownership work. Before building, regulation have to be followed, lands permits have to be sign off buy the state, so any legal liability would be counter. This is a pretty dumb legal take, not to mention I think CAH got scam when buying a plot of land in that area.
