Career story: Robin went from volunteering to a masters degree while working in social care

Volunteering at a charity that was supporting his sister inspired Robin to switch from studying nursing to a career in social care.
He is now responsible for five large care homes in Glasgow and 15 day care services having studied from HNC to masters degree while working.
