thank you for this video! There is not a lot of content on ocd and study/career choice. After 8 years I finally decided to go to college and I had the biggest hugest trouble choosing a study programme... and now I did start it, but I just scan for all the things that tell me that this isn't it. So I got into researching for another programme, but it is endless and there is not a choice coming out of it. And just now I realize "ooooh this shit in my head has been ocd..." Currently I am completely stuck and feel the pressure to make a decision or with the knowledge of ocd if I should just continue...

Is ocd person have fear of how they voice sound ? I constanly fear?/embarassed how i sound at work or at phone or when im at home , i always checking/ testing in my head, how my voice sound,...im constanly fear what if my tone /voice annoy other/ hurt other people, is my voice to small, or sound stupid or hurting other ,or too shaky or too soft/ lazy.. i fell like i need to fake my voice ,but still what my produce is, it will sound like a lazy people and i fear people think im abnormal....so sorry for my english.. i cant finish my talk to people ,because i stop talking everytime i feel like i need to fake my voice
