FYI- On a trip recently, I could not get my awning to seat correctly when closing. The motor was working and I tried multiple times to close completely. Once up on a ladder, I realized a number of acorns had fallen on top of the awning causing it not to close all the way.

Hi, I have the same awning on my American coach patriot md2. My awning won’t retract all the way in. There should be two hex screws to adjust in / out travel. I could not locate the adjustment screws. do you know where I can find these two screws for in/out awning travel adjustment?

You mentioned star tool....is it a star or a square tool?..... I have a awning on my travato class b.... Are there many different tool sizes or it is pretty standard...7mm you said?

From the manufacturer. They're just plastic tubing with a cut on one side. Can buy at any hardware store
