Lots of changes, lots of stress. Overstimulated nervous system. This was different than other videos. Plenty of space between instructions. Soothing voice. Feeling so much better.

i felt my stomach relax for the first time in months. i did this practice sitting up before bed to help me unwind and i almost fell asleep sitting up. will be rewatching (:

I read recently about symptoms of a deregulated nervous system and it described the way I have been feeling since covid so I decided to give this a try. I found it hard to focus in the first half because I don't really meditate but. Gradually I started to focus more and the heavy weight on my chest started to ease until near the end when I literally just burst into tears. What a wild experience

I have been meditating for years but with 5 chronic health conditions I am often stuck in fight or flight. My holistic gp asked me to focus more on my meditation and lowering my stress as much as possible. Today was the 2nd day in a row I've done your meditation and it's by far had the biggest impact on my stress levels. Thank you ❤️

I can't find another guided meditation that's as good as this one. I love that the voice is not whispery,but firm. I noticed it makes me feel safer.

I have been unemployed since May, I feel like I won't be able to get a job again. Lately, I have been having anxiety attacks with pain in abdomen... sometimes it goes away completely, and the next moment its back.... I felt relaxed by following this meditation... I will continue practicing it a couple of time a day during this holidays. Thank you for putting it together.

Holy Crow, this was great for me. I’ve had fibromyalgia since I was 12. I’m also a Reflexologist. I don’t know the ear reflex points, but I loved the physical work combined with the energy work. I’m also a Reiki master. I will look at your meditations and hope to find a release for chronic pain And reproductive discomfort.

I’ve never done a meditation like this before and really enjoyed it. Loved that there was no music and a nice calming voice with well placed pauses. Feeling very relaxed 🙏🏻

THIS ONE. This is the one that works! I’ve tried so many different guided meditation videos across multiple channels, and they all take too long and have you do hardly anything at all. But this, this is quicker and much more effective at relieving my anxiety. 10/10, will definitely use again!

I won’t lie I have done plenty guided meditations but this one was different … when u asked us could we feel any shift I felt like I could breathe and tears came to my eyes thank you 🙏🏾 ❤ God Bless you!!!

Did this while lying down at 1 am while nursing my toddler twins and wasn’t able to do everything I was supposed to with me hands but it still had an positive effect on me and I will definitely come back to this one - thank you. It has been a hard day mentally and this truly gave my mind some peace.

I was trying to find something for my son before his basketball games to calm him so I tested it out. I usually meditate daily to relieve anxiety and it works but after trying this I didn't feel anything until I stood up and walked around. I have to say my whole body feels amazing like brand new. I feel at total peace. I feel as if I dont have a care in the world to be honest. My wife asked "what is wrong with you"? Told her just meditated and she said I was being dramatic what she dont understand is I feel like Ive been enlightened and Im on cloud 9. I will do this daily along with other meditation. Highly recommend

Yes! This really did help me this afternoon! I am working on recovering from Long Covid and need to calm my autonomic nervous system due to frequent bouts of PEM (Post-exertional malaise). I noticed a distinct positive change in how my body felt after the meditation. I will visit this one of yours frequently. Thank you sooo much! ❤

Thank you for this, Caren. In spite of cutting back my workload I still found myself unable to relax, even on holidays. This was stressing me out as I knew the only thing I needed to help my body to heal from a chronic issue was relaxation! This was a brilliant meditation, I cannot get over how much better I feel. Feeling so on edge about taking a flight tomorrow, and this was exactly what I needed. As soon as I began massaging my ears, my body started to release. By the end, all tension was gone. I can’t thank you enough!

Lovely! I suffer from cptsd, M.E., & fibromyalgia, & often have what i call the inner shakes, esp upon waking in the morning, & i find it hard to swtch off for sleep at night. This is such a relaxing meditation for both the beginning & end of the day. I've done many different ones but this one really helps. I like the soothing voice, clear instructions with time in between, no annoying music, & just the right length. Thank you so much for this.

I have attempted to meditate many times in my life and prior to this CD the only success I've experienced is with live guided meditation. kzbin.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq This is the first CD I've used that cuts through my unmedicated ADHD and enables me to truly relax and experience a quiet and energizing interval. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

Wow! I’ve listen to so many guided meditations and this one really stood out. As a full time caregiver for my dear mom going on 8 years after her massive stroke left her paralyzed it’s imperative that I make time to recover on all levels. I found the space in between instructions very effective, her voice soothing and I definitely felt the tension leave my body from areas that were tight.I’ll definitely be back. Thank you 💖🙏💖

This meditation was extremely relaxing and calming. I love that you allow for several seconds of silence in between prompts, as compared to other channels that fill each and every second with their voice, which I find very distracting. I’m glad I came across your channel today, I will be doing more of your meditations in the future!

I think I fell asleep. I was listening to the part where hands go on heart. Breathing. Then next thing I know I was kicked out of whatever sleep stage I was in when I heard your voice say to open eyes when ready. I seriously thought “what? Where did I go?” Lol. Most likely it’s cause I was lying down and it’s bed time. But I’ll have to do this again a different time to see how that changes my experience. That being said, I enjoyed it.

I've been in such a state of unease these past few weeks. Can't even stay at home for too long because I feel it much more there. When I've been getting up I've already been feeling really anxious. Rather than just running away or trying to distract myself. I decided I needed to regulate my nervous system.

I suffer from BPD and I have been so wired and scared since my mother’s health deteriorated. For the most part since March 2022, I’ve been either numb or angry, feeling scared and unsafe. Today was the second time I used this meditation within the past three days and it’s really helping me identify exactly what I am feeling and helping me relax. I still have to find that safe space within myself but this is really helping. Caren, I cannot thank you enough

I've been having dizzy bouts after a couple of stress driven panic attacks, something I'd never experienced until these past couple weeks. This has helped calm my dizziness and the panic that it brings, until my body can return to normal. ❤

This isn't like any meditation I've ever done. Really enjoyed the gentle movements around the Body and brief pauses in between instructions. Ill be checking out more of your meditations. Thank you!

Oh my! I just subscribed to your channel because for some reason this meditation felt different in a good way. I need to really PRACTICE meditation more,I guess, because I’m so so tired of basically having DAILY anxiety, panic attacks & deal with crippling phobias of driving on expressways, over bridges or overpasses & elevators. Now I’ve been dealing with what I read is called “Exercise Induced Panic Attacks or Anxiety”. It’s crazy & tiring because it keeping me from doing healthy activities. I haven’t given up but any time my heart beats or pounds fast after walking upstairs I get nervous because I feel it shouldn’t be beating like that. Others say their heart beats faster also but I get scared as if I shouldn’t feel my heart beating for some reason. I eat a basically clean diet which is mostly plant based & some fish or chicken. Im not fat but a little over weight. My kids tell me I’m not as big as I feel. I will be 64 in a few months. I try to keep a positive mindset even though I’m human & it’s hard. I go to sleep & wake up saying the things I have gratitude for. I try to journal but sometimes slip. I do deep breathing but need to remember to do it every day. Anyway, the silent moments in between you talking I felt as if I had fallen asleep until you began talking again. I was like, “what’s happening?”. It was kind of scary because I felt too relaxed. I’m not sure if anyone else felt a similar feeling. Thank you!
