I'm bingnig your videos right now. Didn't realize how I felt wasn't "normal" this whole time and have always been pretty put down in life by myself because of my ADHD-like thinking. I'm not diagnosed but watching your videos makes me sure I have it. Thank you for putting this out there it really helps to hear someone explain why I feel the way I do:)

I have ADHD and what made the difference for me was balancing my Root Chakra. It is believed that when the Root Chakra is imbalanced all other Chakras will be imbalanced. The Root Chakra grounds you and helps you to feel safe. Balancing my Root Chakra helped me to sit still, live in the present moment, and feel safe.

@@marieke-2736you can do it with sound healing, reiki, crystal grids, stepping barefoot on grass, being in nature as much as you can, having a healthy diet, herb tea, yoga…. Sound healing in my opinion is the most effective

I really LOVE the sun/fire/yellow idea! I am totally solar powered and I also love fire (in a fireplace or fire pit of course) 😁

Actually i don't worry about my surroundings or my life. But having ADHD is just only my unconsciously habit. Thanks to someone remind me I easily lost focus in our conversation and I realize that my hyperactive mind is make me lost connection even in serious and important conversation lol

The very first tip. The sun. Ive always lived in a tropical place and when i moved to Washington from Hawaii that’s when i struggle and still struggling. I was diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety at 25. Didn’t know I’ve had it since I was a kid but I never struggled until I moved to Seattle. No wonder I’m different when I’m in Hawaii. So we go back every year. It’s a must. I can’t wait to move back. And Yellow makes me happy 😊

For movement and the third chakra, what about vibrations? I had a vibrational plate to stand on for excercising and i LOVED it, not for the effect but for the wellness. Being SHAKEN 😆

Also look into Ayurvedic medicine which has 3 body types (&variations of those 3). Vata is very ADHD in my opinion....

If you want to truly change as a person, you have to be in creative mode rather than survival mode. In order to enter creative mode you must balance your Root Chakra. Balancing your Root Chakra will help you feel safe. Balancing my Root Chakra truly helped my ADHD to a profound extent.

A lot of times, FIRE is not literal but is agni, which is digestive fire....Doh! You did speak about it but typical ADHD, I jumped in before you were finished. 😂😅😊

Thank you for this video. Suggestion of video about automatic thoughts. Im 27 and found out Im ADHD this years and after I began the Ritalin treatment now i can listen my thoughts, i dont know why but before the treatment i was not “seeing “ my thoughts, even with meditation and pay attention on my breathing, i was always hyperactive, feeling my anxiety, that i was not listening what was happening on my mind, now i listen them and talking with my psychologist she said i have automatic/intrusive thoughts, i read some scientific publications about the intrusive thoughts and adhd and they say that’s very common this as a comorbidity. Im from Brazil 🇧🇷 and i have watched your video and they have changed my life with the diagnostic of ADHD.

Intrusive thoughts are most prevelent when we are in the default mode network - when our mind is just wandering. Staying in task positive mode will perhaps help to manage your thoughts.
