I found a good Hyundai dealer sold me an MSRP Calligraphy and a Kia dealership trying to charge me 12k over and told me they will give me a call back if the car doesnt sell. Thats how you get a loyal customer for life.

Just bought a gray with black interior Calligraphy two days ago. I have driven almost every mid size suv and have owned several comparing with vw audi porsche mercedes bmw and kia. This really has everything for a family. Kia Tellurides are 12k over msrp in Texas while Hyundai Palisade is MSRP but I have heard its also 5k over msrp. The Palisade is much better, Telluride is much less responsive and the display for the speedometer is not a full screen. Interior of the Palisade is much better. Exterior is preference, both look great. The choice was obvious. Such a great car!

Here in Australia,the top trim Palisade goes for $81000 AD, expensive yes, but Hyundai can't keep them on the lot, they're all pre sold before it even arrives in the dealerships.

Even in the US i still have to pay 2k over sticker price. I paid $51900 it's a hard to find beige color inside with AWD. Most of them came in black

I have had mine for about a month. Limited in Hyper White/Beige interior, tow and winter package. I love it. I found an aftermarket insert for that cavernous armrest storage space that is great. I really like the heads up display and auto cruise with lane assist.

Bought this Calligraphy White with black ! It’s beautiful don’t understand why they didn’t put Calligraphy label on the vehicle to make it stand out in their line up! No sunglasses holder, no power folding side mirrors and mid row bench should come as option ! Rest it is a perfect purchase.

I have a Calligraphy and have no issues. I think the smell issue was on 2020 vehicles. Great vehicle all the way around.

@@geovannivarela6932 most people don't really need the middle seat with a third row. The captains chairs give easier access to the third row, provide more comfortable seating and more separation between children, giving them more of their own space.

I bought a 21 limited because I didn’t want the suede liner (hate suede) and the rims are awful. I was going to get a used 20 limited and thankfully didn’t since it does have suede. My opinion is if you’re not going for a limited or calligraphy to go for the telluride. I wanted the digital dash which for some reason isn’t available on the telluride and the telluride looks better on the outside. I prefer the button shifter to the knob but would sacrifice that to get a telluride if I didn’t want the digital dash. My 2 cents.

Wow. I think you're the only reviewer thst brought up the smell issue. A very critical item. But from what I've read they have isolated the problems and have a fix. If the febreeze treatment doesn't work after 2 attempts they will replace the head rests with the new ones that don't stink. Actually a little disconcerting that yours had it. I thought they'd all be out of the pipeline by now Do you know what the build date was for yours?

Looked like the reviewer was reading from a tele-prompter. I could tell his eyes were not looking directly at the camera. Hyundai still has a way to go with their dealers. My worst experiences when buying my last vehicle was at the Hyundai and Acura dealerships. The sales people at those dealerships were awful and I vowed I would never go back to those dealerships. Looks like a great vehicle.

I don't mind saying what I'm from I'm from Charlotte North Carolina I live on the east side of town so on the east side of town the whole Independence it's a long stretch and it's a lot of car dealerships one of them is Hyundai so I think I'm going to go see about that Hyundai not saying I'm going to get it but from what I'm seeing that Hyundai SUV is longer than the Mitsubishi SUV the Hyundai SUV is higher and you can put people in the backseat it's just a lot of stuff I like about the Hyundai versus the Mitsubishi but for the most part I definitely need to know what would be the car payment versus the Mitsubishi cuz I have a pretty good mind how much she misses PC car payment would be but just to see how much the car payment would be for that Hyundai

Great review. It is funny how this ride and the Telluride look so much bigger in photos. The Palisade is over-designed and looks busy. But it looks okay in white. Makes the grille look smaller.

Recently purchased a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy AWD; there are still some areas for product improvement: add power folding exterior side mirrors, add sunglass holder in interior and add illumination for the overhead light buttons above driver and front passenger (the POI buttons are illuminated but the light buttons aren't, that's odd and an omission in form/function) and those rims on calligraphy trim are a bit 'loud', design something more classy the ones on current and previous Limited trim); and last but not least, consider adding hybrid powertrain as is offered on many other Hyundai products.

That problem with smelly interior was reported in 2020. Yet in 2021 the tester still experienced smelly interior on 50,000 vehicle. Just pass. Get a Toyota Highlander or Honda Pilot

Pilot leaks water inside the cabin thru its moonroof, I pass. The highlander is a 2 row, cause its 3rd row is so tiny, only small kids or pets fit, I also pass. Currently Palisade or telluride are arguably the best midsize SUV money can buy.

Mitsubishi de donde thing I was playing on getting a white Mitsubishi SUV with the white interior I like that because it's different it's not black or grey but when I'm looking at this Hyundai here the thing that's different versus this Hyundai with Mitsubishi in the backseat Mississippi she had children in mind because only two kids can get back there because it's small in the back but this Hyundai here to full-size grown-ups can get in the back so you know what that mean anybody and everybody can get back there in the backseat that's embarrassing I'm really leaning towards the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander but just because this Hyundai is bigger I like big SUVs and grownups can get in the back that's something that's making me want to see about that Hyundai

CarGurus, I own a 2020 Palisade Limited, with an atrocious-smelling tan leather interior. Winter driving and warm rainy days are the worst because we cannot let the windows down to get fresh air in the cabin. We are trapped smelling the rotten garlic stench for the duration of the ride. Hyundai sprayed the interior twice, but the smell returned each time.

Hyundai USA continually refused to offer any help/compensation on the extensive problems we have had with the new Hyundai Palisade. Just search Palisade for interior smell (garlic) and wind noise on google. You should never need to visit the dealer 4 times for the same problem before you get to 1400 miles. Service engine light for Evaporative Emission System leak. The only thing we requested was an extended warranty/service plan. There is a lot of problems with this new model and we are concerned about the future. Corporate assign a representative (Paige) for Case#: 17148959 she was basically useless. She said up front there is not much they will do. From the start I was nothing more then a problem she needed to get off her books. Received a message from her that said basically sorry about your luck. Hyundai world may be a good company but here in the USA they do not stand by their product. Just received a call from the representative that they have noticed the extensive reviews I have been placing online, Facebook and youtube videos about Hyundai USA. Offered apologies but still a response of SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK. I said I will continue to warn consumers about Hyundai.
