i have to asked this question ... why go through the process or cooking the curry , when u added raw curry powder to the raw meat ????

not sure what you mean. the raw masala serves a purpose. It starts infusing the spice notes directly to the raw meat. Then said raw meat is cooked on HIGH heat (oil). This is why we burnt off the natural liquid that sprouted. In that process we also cooked any and all rawness of spices. I hope this makes sense.

It should be Curry Duck With Pigeon, not Curry Duck With Pigeon peas. Don't let the pigeons get away with it! They are very tasty & easy to catch.
