I sung this song in one of the clubs on a cruise to the Bahamas. My beloved who has gone home to be with God had never heard me sing & couldn’t stop smiling when he found out that I could sing. He told everyone he came in contact with how amazed he was that I could sing & how heartfelt it was for me to dedicate this song to him.. I LOVE, LOVE this song by Carla as only Carla can sing it. It reminds me of really true, young love--the hurting kind. The healing kind. The gentle, caring kind. The fun kind. She sings it with such passion. She has improved an already impeccable unique voice, if that is possible. Audience was weak. They should have been doing a standing ovation on the first big ending.
