I’m speechless after driving 1,500 miles with the Carli system on my Super Duty. It’s night and day. Rides like a dream. If you read Carli’s literature and follow their recommendations on wheel & tire size, tire pressure etc. you won’t be disappointed. I’m running both stabilizers set to 200psi with 37 Toyo AT3 and I track perfectly straight, all the stock wheel feedback from bumps is gone, and the feel of the wheel is awesome - hardly notice it’s not stock. I really can’t believe how the truck rides. 100% ride quality improvement.

I have the stock tremor wheels with 295/70r18 toyo tr tires. Only a 1 1/2 level kit. I have you upper steering stabilizer already. What psi should I run in the lower steering stabilizer

I just installed this on my truck exactly how you did in the video, and the shock ripped the threads out of the Hime Joint on the alignment stud. Is this something you guys have seen before?

Long shot but what can be done if that 17-4 end of the shock breaks in half ?

Dan, for a 2020 Superduty on ridge grapplers do you need the high mount or just the lower?

Really depends, if you're going 37 as most of our kits allow, we recommend both. If you're on a budget, we recommend just the lower to compliment the factory upper! This is the "budget" way to run a dual setup.

How far does the tie rod clamp need to be rotated down for a 2.5 system? I just installed this on my 17 f250 w/2.5 back country and in order to level the stabilizer it looks as though it needs to be rotated nearly all the way to the 6 o’clock position (all the way down). Is this correct?

To level the stabilizer, it's usually to the 7-8:00 position when looking at it from the passenger side.

Can this be run without the upper stabilizer? I have a solid axle conversion using a Superduty Dana 60 and am looking at stabilizers and a diff gaurd.

Dan, does this steering stabilizer work on a stock 2017 F 250 4WD suspension application. Or does the truck have to be lifted for this to work. Carli is the best suspension system money can buy, keep up the good work!!!

Hi Scott, This will work on a stock Super Duty. It can likely run in either configuration but i would set it up in the lower (single shear) to be safe.
