Nice sound effects. Dan says cutting through and effortlessly summons a chainsaw sound

I've been watching your channel for many years. Thank you so much for your great work, you really fired up my passion for chess ( I had it as a child and it came back whith your videos) i love that you bring in the players emotions or feeling for why a certain position is good, chess is so much about feeling and i think that aspect of it often gets lost in other commentaries that focus more on variations. Well thank you so much, greetings from Chile! (And sorry for my bad english)

I play the London too. But not as well as that :-) Nice to see that it's possible to beat a super grandmaster with it in both blitz, rapid and classical chess. It seems that Magnus can beat anyone with any sound opening when he is in the zone. Thanx a bunch, Daniel!

Great analysis, thanks GM King! Yet, at 2:27, what if black tries 8...Bxf3, with the idea 9.Qxf3 (otherwise he splits his pawns) Nxd4 ?

Long S Short .. 2 passions other than family n’ the basics. 🎸 & ♟! Started after I first saw searching 4 Bobby Fischer. So I thought I’d end up Van Carlsen & write a book the Art of a double legend. No go! Moral = an 1800ish existence & a 🎸legend to myself. But watching your vids keep me informed on the why’s, how’s & when’s aka analysis...along with how to pronounce every single player’s name correctly!! As always, thanks n’ Cheers

Please comment more on other fantastic great historical players , I know you have a list in your subscription...For example do a few on Karpov who has the most tournament wins of 1st place with Gms in history of Chess. Carlsen still has WAYS to go to break that record. Kasparov couldn't do it and he retired at 42 !!! Much appreciated GM KING

@@PowerPlayChess I realize Magnus is the highest rated and world champion now, one of the strongest ever, but of your recent analysis just compare how disproportionately you cover his games compared to other top players in history or even modern times. I love Magnus but there are great games also... Much appreciated Daniel...i even purchased several of your power play DVDs like improve your pieces...thx again..Love your clear , concise analysis great teacher.
