Wow! One does not just watch and listen to this. One goes for an amazing ride! Well performed as well as well filmed. Very impressive. Bravo!

It is Latin. Mostly. Songs #8, 9, and 10 are in Middle High German and #7 and #18 have a couple lines of Middle High German. #16 has some lines in Old French.

Is it just me or is there a good reason why there aren't many natural blondes who get into classical music? Of all the Carmina Burana videos here, I think this one is the most fun. But as others have said, I love Ozawa's version a bit more, mostly, for some reason, that interpretation makes me happier.

Wonderful Work NO DOUBT, although I see 15 dislike votes, wonder why ? There is no actual choreography in this video just short images of scenes that could be more Bilitis than Carmina Burana scenes, also the "modern" edition with so fast motion in shots is not my favorite type of concert video, you can't notice anything in particular and shots are off time with the score most if the video, recording sounds quite room ambient etc... the one known as "Carmina Burana The Film" is the one.

I got to admit the video is rubbish (scenes in Paris that is!) but the orchestra and this choral are brilliant (as usual!). Love that piece of classical music.
