Good work mate. As a ex Holden worker I get a giggle way you did the front end. Sway bar was correct the suspension bar gets put in first then mounted to the control arm the fit to strut then the x member. But hey I installed thousands of them. Remember not to tighten the bolts till car weight is on the suspension. Otherwise those bushes will rip. You should already know that but others won't. Save you looking up. Front radius bar 150nm control arm 90 to 110. Radius to control 110. Have fun mate.

@A. Melbs well hate to break it to you there were different ones out there most likely different thicknesses. One for bti (cop cars) usually same as the s pack. Fe2 (sports) STDs. Country packs and wagons and Ute's. Looked like same size (wide) but think thickness is the difference. Hope that helped.

One trick i use and it smells great..🙂 Get a holesaw bit that'll just go over the inner steel collar. Find your favourite drill and off you go. Word of advice keep it straight and back it out occasionally to get the shredded bush out. and once youre done hit with hammer and or drift to drive the remains out..

If you fit them the way Scott did (domed side out)the washer interferes with sway bar and link pin mount on shock. If washer fitted domed side out on shock it will hit bush mount on shock when suspension is flexed/in use. Remember kids Domed side of washer facing bush
