My In n Out order has changed over the years but it still fits within the realm of what keeps me healthy and on track with my goals. I gave up worrying about the "rules" a while ago and now I focus on how to stay consistent and healthy long term.
*Here come the Carnivore 🚓 about the pickles and processed cheese 🙃 #itwillbeokay #worryaboutyourself

I’ve been overweight all of my adult life. Two years ago, my body stopped accepting dairy of any kind as I would throw it up immediately. A year after, I went completely vegan for roughly 5 months, trying to get a handle on my extremely high blood pressure(160/105ish) After 5 months of being vegan, pains started in my elbow, my knees, my gut, a massive persistent headache(temporal migraine) I grew a tumor on my hand, that even with a dermatologist attempting to remove it, it would grow back, bigger, and nastier. I gained weight, I was tired, depressed, hangry, massive cravings, couldn’t sleep. Post nasal drip. Constant allergies. Always sick. You name it. I suffered with it. On December 15th 2023, I was in the hospital for about 4 days. Had a bad headache that lasted many months. Doctor told me that my blood pressure was extremely high. And I was at risk for a stroke, aneurysm, and/or a heart attack. He tried to put me on prescribed medication but I refused. I went home, and for the first time in 5 months I ate a giant steak. because why not! Fast forward until March 1st. Blood pressure the same, all symptoms the same. Tumor still on my hand, NOTHING HAS CHANGED! 288 pounds. I get a text from someone very close to me about “The Lion Diet” (Here’s where you do your own research) Day 1 of the lions diet, feeling great. Day 2 not so much Day 3 I wanted to die Day 4,5,6 I can’t do this. So I switch to carnivore diet. Day 7 woah wait a minute what’s this now. Day ten. (March 10th, see picture) took my blood pressure it’s down to 135/91 ! Let’s do this! Day 15, I’m down 32 pounds. The tumor shriveled up and fell off, my knees have no pain, elbow is perfectly flexible with no pain! I sleep through the night! No cravings! Day 20 Going strong. Feel better than ever. No more post nasal drip, no more allergies, I’m able to eat dairy again, no acid reflux, no diarrhea or constipation! No hemorrhoid! My neck pain is gone. My plantar fasciitis is gone(after three stubborn years) Growths in the back of my head fell off. AND SO ON AND SO FORTH. I was addicted to sugar, and carbs. Candy and bread were my life. Now I am living my best life. With NO PHYSICAL OR MENTAL AILMENTS!!!! NONEEE!!! March 22- I’m down to 256 (32 pounds) in just 22 short days. My blood pressure is almost perfect. My mind is sharper. I feel like a super human. Unplugged from the matrix. The world is mine.

I have been doing Ketovore for about a month. Mostly carnivore. I try to mix it up and am actually OVER the sweet cravings. I do not eat giant meals. I drink lots of power Zero. It’s garden season, so I’ll eat my beef patty with tomatoes, pickle and onion. I love raw okra, so I munch on that once in a while. I eat berries, too. I don’t want to go back to , for me, what was a reckless diet. I think the gluten free has helped a lot. I’ve lost about 15 pounds. I’ll just keep it up. I have more energy and sleeping better. When I first went low car 13 years ago I craved butter. And as I was losing weight and feeling great, I indulged. I was esting about a pound a week. I had spent decades starving myself fat and sick on 1200 low fat, high fibre calories a day. Weighed and measured everything. Barely fit a size 18. Also had an active job and went to the gym daily. I kept up the exercise all those years dispite having degenerative bone disease in my right foot. Diagnosed at 42. Was told I would be in a wheelchair by 57. Went low carb at 52. It took quite a while for the butter cravings to die down. About 3 or 4 months. One day around that time I was walking down the stairs and I realized that my foot no longer hurt. After years of every step being painful, my degenerative bone disease had healed. My gut told me it was the butter. Years later, learning more about butter, I realized my gut was right. Butter is full of things you need for bone health, but thanks to the never proven, but often disproven lipid hypothesis, most people do not eat enough. Look up the Korean Cholesterol Mortality Study published in 2019. Over 12 million subjects. No money from big pharma or the Ad vent ist cult agenda. People between 200 and 240 live the longest. Over 240 you half to get close to 300 to see even a slight increase in deaths. Still not impressive. And how many also had high triglycerides, a real risk. Under 200 is where it gets interesting. Death rates for everything increases hard and fast. That includes suicide and violence. That is where big pharma wants you. In the death zone. I am almost 66 now. I can hop on that foot. I come from a family of diabetics. I have no health problems and I have no medication for anything. Butter heals.

Amelia, I know we can come off as crazy, but when you first start on carnivore it can be overwhelming. You start off skeptical but then begin to see the health benefits and feel the stable long lasting energy. Then it hits you that you've been lied to your whole life. We've been told that the food pyramid is how you should eat. The sugar companies told us fat makes you fat and we ate it like we ate their sugar. Now the US population 3 times the obesity, heart disease, and diabetes all because of sugar. I'm sorry if we sound crazy, but for most of us, we're just so excited about becoming healthy and want to share it with everyone that we can. I hope you understand our enthusiasm.
@ameliahhh222
@ameliahhh222 10 ай бұрын
@@MrRJPE @dawnelder9046 sticks of pure butter should never be consumed every day. I’m sorry I am a RN and I know better. You NEED variety in your diet for long term health. Humans have NEVER eaten like this even when they hunted food down and lived in caves, humans are naturally omnivores and nowadays they can choose to be vegetarian. The human body simply doesn’t thrive on only fat and meat. I’m sorry but Dawn your comment comes off very conspiracy theory esque. While butter does have nutrients in it it is not at all considered a nutrient dense food. We need a healthy balance of fat, carbs, fiber, and protein eating a single one of those in excess, will not do you well. Your foot did not stop hurting because you ate excess butter. Pursuing a meat heavy diet is some thing I don’t think is necessarily bad. But meat and animal fat being your literal and I mean seriously your ONLY source of food is dangerous. We have known for a while that we need a healthy balance of fiber rich foods, carbs, protein, and fat in our diet. There’s no easy shortcut to getting healthy. You simply need to speak with your doctor and eat a balanced diet limiting sugar is always good for weight loss for example. Eating more simple carbs and protein is also good for weight gain. Simply only eating meat will not do anything for you. Correlation does not equal causation. I’m passionate about my job and giving unbiased medical info so I will keep feelings out of this, I’m just explaining facts I’m sorry if i come off as condescending.

It's 10g net carbs, low glycemic index, and has some good benefits without throwing your diet off. It's the veggies that release toxins because they don't want to be eaten. I’m not like the rest of my family ICANT TOLERATE CARBS, and they always judged me. I’m not as wealthy as they are so beans rice potatoes, etc etc gave me D2….! I gave up sugar back in the 1970’s, so that wasn’t the culprit…..just the normal Almost Vegetarian made me have to live with diabetes and all the attendant meds. In about a month my doctor took me off insulin and everything else. Full carnivore diet is/was my ticket out of bad medical treatment. 😊

Meat overload makes me sick, I also don’t understand the meat overload in something besides pizza and, a burger, it just even sounds nauseating but, I had a brother growing up that ate triple decker peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and when we ate McDonald’s he would eat so many burgers with bread and then, 2 large order of fries! I applaud her for eating what works for her, having a chronic illness, I learned just what she was saying you got to eat what works best for you and, then, to eat meat with no bread and, hardly no sides! It’s not about what Society that should get to set the rules for what you eat, it’s what you need and want to eat as individual, with knowing how to eat what works best for you with knowing your making the right choices that fit you without it being considered healthy and not overload or doing it where your stuffing yourself! Thanks for showing the pickles! I have gone off and on the carnivore 4 times for the same reason. Not simply boredom….but I grow to hate meat. And it only takes about a month. I will sit down to a meal of meat (a variety) and get full off of one bite. Yesterday I stopped to think about that. It couldn’t be true. I swear, the more I thought about it the more I realized my mouth was “full” and couldn’t take another bite, though my stomach was still hungry. That was the beginning of the “hating meat” feeling. I made a quick pico de gallo, heavier on the onions, lime and salt with a little tomato. Poured that on my meat and it was a game changer. I hungrily ate it all. I had less than a Roma tomato, one small yellow onion, cilantro, a whole lime squeezed and lots of salt. I put about half of that on my two large burger patty’s. Today I am going to see if all I really need is the lime juice. Again, thanks for showing the pickles! I think 99.5% carnivore will be what helps me make it.
