I thought we r supposed to get rid of the process food like lunch meat. I’ve been doing just burger’s because I’m not a fan of steak. Breakfast I’ll do a meat omelette or some kind of plater while on the road as well. I’ve noticed I’ve had bad cravings I really want some candy lol. Keep it up following the progress and trying to do it with ya

Well you got to think , unless your out in the woods hunting everything your depending on the grocery store or some place that sales food like a restaurant or truckstop or gas station. During the week being out in a semi truck it’s not possible to stop at every place to eat that you want to due to parking. Yes you can have food delivered to your truck but it gets expensive. So I do this in cases where I have no choice like chicken wings from dominos. Basically I do the best that I can under the circumstances that I am in at that time . For example I am at a truckstop and all they have is chicken tenders that are breaded , do I starve or do I get them ? I eat them . The big deal on this diet is to cut out all the crap food as possible, like bread , candy , donuts , pop and other drinks full of sugar and other questionable ingredients, vegetables with lectins that hurt your body . In saying this lunch meat is not the best to eat but I normally rinse off the meat before I eat it , frozen meats I always rinse them off as a rule too . This does not get all the preservatives off but it helps. Example steak 🥩 when you buy it some place add a red dye to make it appear fresher for longer . I rinse that off before I cook it , most people do not . I have always done that . Basically just do the best you can under the circumstances that you have in front of you . Doing this you will still see a big change in your body .

It's a shame that when you order keto style or carnivore style at junk food restaurants, they give you an awful amount of waste. Im following your progress. For the dizziness I make sure my multi vitamin has potassium and magnesium.

The keto chow takes care of that , but what it is , is all my fat now being burnt and releasing crap 💩 lol 😂 . I it’s actually getting better now !
