@@aleksandra_jesus I'm not the original commenter, but I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have maintained carnivore throughout. Red meat is the bulk of what I eat, plus a TON of butter. Raw milk has also been the MVP because it keeps any sort of queasiness away. No cravings (except maybe once every other month I wanted something random like an orange, and I did eat that, but then it went away), and no morning sickness at all.

@bondjamesbond.27113 ай бұрын
By eliminating plants and especially glutens and cruciferous your antibodies will drop precipitously so autoimmune issues and Hoshimotos will be resolved; however thyroidism will still persist. Carnivore is not a magic cure. I should know as I’m a case study. If you are hypothyroid the carnivore diet can down regulate your thyroid because it’s basically a fasting mimicking environment within the body thinking it’s in survival mode. Eating select foods can possibly up-regulate the thyroid, kind of like throwing kindling on the fire. Golden potatoes, white rice, fruits, all in moderation should help fire up the thyroid while you continue to eat mostly fatty beef and yes fatty to give your endocrine system the raw materials it requires to optimally run.

@@Mr.Riddler447 when you cure/ dry age meat it'll lose water, that water has to go somewhere and you don't want it running down your fridge into your fruits and veg etc. You'll have to open the fridge daily, several times a day to put things in, take things out and put them back in again- not great for taste at the very least. You'll get fridge smells and odours penetrating the meat (unless you enjoy fridge flavoured meat then go ahead.) Also, because there's cartons, packets etc from the outside coming in you're going to potentially bring things in like mould spores, bacteria, dust etc unless the meat is wrapped and vacuum sealed or going to be cooked within 48 hours you don't want exposed meat remaining there for days/ weeks- otherwise bacteria and mould will spoil it. There are other reasons but the above for the most part are good enough

@sarahwong559211 ай бұрын
@@sunnybadgr5073 YES. You absolutely can do all lamb. The strictest version of carnivore, the "lion diet," is any "ruminant meat," which includes beef, lamb, goat, or venison. And lamb is the safest one because it is not aged like beef is. Most beef that you buy in the store has already been aged for over a month before it hits the shelves. Lamb will still give you all the nutrients you need, without the histamine reactions. After Mikhaila Peterson got such phenomenal, life-changing results from the lion diet, both her parents did it too. Her mother, Tammy Peterson (who has her own podcast/youtube channel) did only lamb for over a year and only recently startwd reintroducing beef. Idk how that went. TL;DR: Yes, lamb is not just as good as beef; it is, in fact, even better.

Thats what my hubby ate everyday for about a year. He is a 1st responder and had reversed all arthritis, chronic pain and acid reflux plus fatty liver. Then shockingly autoimmune condition hit his kidneys. Minimal Change Disease. He bgan losing albumin levels, edema hit 1st and then after Bumex and 80 mg Prednisone he began to go into remission. Sadly, it hasn't stuck and he is on round 2 and 6th month of steriods...possibly retuximab next. No, it was Carnivore that caused it...I suspected the mRNA jabs and even his Nephrologist says she has seen axsharp risevin Nephrotic Syndrome and MCD since the jabs even though his biopsy was supposedly inconclusive duevto lack of enough material to tell for certain. The point is he had to get the jabs he'd thought because he was responding to covid life flights and other case. We are believers in science and vaccines but I had refused this particular one do to having had ckd 4 in the past and reversing it on Carnivore to stage 2. I didn't feel there was enough information on it yet and when the EMA asked for a halt do to kidney issues I opted out... he had already had 2 jabs by then though if Moderna. So... such is luck. There arev2 dead and 3 others in my town that are personal friends with newly aquired autoimmune diseases. I dont regret ever skipping this jab
