I started my Carnivore Diet when I was 76 and I am 79 now and down 133 lbs with so many improvements to my body as other people have experienced. These interviews really motivate me to stay on the diet and yes it is totally all worth it. Thanks for your time and effort in doing these interviews. You have found your calling. 🏆🏆

My adult son and I are 1 week and 2 days cigarette free today!!! He is the one who challenged me to try carnivore for 30 days. I accepted that challenge because I witnessed the huge transformation in his mental health and body composition after his doing carnivore a few months. After doing the deep dive of utube vids with everyone, I’m all in since March as well! Transitioning to nicotine freedom with On, but patting myself on the back for not smoking 9 days!!! Without the energy and clarity of mind from carnivore,quitting wouldn’t be on my radar.

@@daleyvargas9854 yes! I do believe carnivore has helped me even want to quit. I’m almost 6 months into carnivore and I have really been gracious to myself during this time. I know I needed to quit, I have heart disease for gosh sake! But one thing at a time. As the improvements in my health have been great, I’m sure they will be greater when I’m free of nicotine. I am an addict: binge eating (carbs), alcohol and cigarettes. For some reason, because I was so sick with heart stuff before I started carnivore, the alcohol was easy to quit. Not so with the smokes. Seeing the vast improvement of food addiction literally disappear, has built my confidence that I can live without nicotine as well someday. That’s my hope and goal! I also listen to tons of carni’s tell their stories and have zeroed in on any that talk about overcoming nicotine. This too gives me hope! We’re not alone, they are out there and God willing, you and I and my son will be victors in this area of health too! God Bless!!

Trying carnivore was a lot less risky than trying all the medications doctors threw at me over the years!!! Carnivore is healing me and my doctor doesn't even ask what I'm doing. My CAC score came back zero and she was shocked (and dare I say disappointed?) because she wanted to put me on a statin. My triglycerides dropped by 28%. I'm no longer pre-diabetic. My triglycerides to LDL ratio is 1.3 All of the lab markers have improved dramatically and I can't wait to see even more improvement when I get labs again in a couple months. Still trying to work through the anger of being treated as a lab rat for almost 40 years.... Thank you Dave and Cynthia for the great interview. It's really not that hard. You simply do not eat crap food. A few things can be hard to give up, esp when they are 'carnivore' food, ie; cottage cheese. MY demon!! But I have been watching videos all morning, learning about how dairy can be inflammatory.... and it finally hit me, that is probably my isdue. So now I will give updairy and see how my body feels. You say you ate thexsad crapola for 70 years. Well, I dealt with chronic pain for 20+ years, along with hronic fatigue, osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel, sciatic, hip spurs and so many other things. PAIN is my motivation. Do I want the cottage cheese or the knee pain? It's not hard to give up what I know causes me issues. Hopefully you are doing well and eating what is right for you, and you feel good.

One thing became clear listening to Dr. Cynthia. If a doctor recommends carnivore to their patients, what would these Doctors be called? Since ~ 99% of doctors are redundant for carnivores, it might be in the communities best interest to distinguish themselves from the others. This would help carnivore Doctors stand out to attract those who want to try this optimal lifestyle.

She won't be constipated if she eats enough fat.
@Epona52
@Epona52 23 күн бұрын
I'll second Devoncarnivore - we've been so programmed to avoid fat, it's very common for newbies to eat too much protein and not enough fat. Contrast that with the gentleman Dave interviewed a couple days ago that eats 90% fat and only 10% protein - because he otherwise deals with several mental health issues. People who fail to experience an energy boost, or have constipation, are often undereating fat . . . one other thing. You poop much less on carnivore because most of the nutrients are absorbed and used by your body, so some people think they're constipated because they aren't pooping as often. Without the bulk of useless fiber, some people on carnivore only poop every other day, or every third day.

My naturopath gave me something called adrenal support from Standard Process. You can use any other highly rated company. I also get B complex and C vitamins from them. I also take Livatone and Livatone Plus (link below) to keep my liver detoxed. I switched to organic food and have certainly continued on carnivore. Then I had to discover and change my negative way of thinking. (link below). This took practice, which was hard for me at first, but I started seeing small results in everything I got back; but then bigger results as I went along. Negative thinking seems like an impossible thing to change but you can and will have a much better life. This is a major stress reducer and the lower your stress the easier it is for your adrenal glands to recoup. And I'm sure if your anxiety is bad enough to mention then you can feel the difference between "Oh NO!!!" and "I've got this!" This is another point. Spiritually, we are being invited to listen to our instincts and use the information to make all major and minor decisions. This is impossible to do when anxious but much easier to do when stable and will always put you in the right place. In fact, there is a psychiatrist, Georgia Ede, MD in Falmouth, Massachusetts who uses the carnivore diet to treat her patients, some of whom are quite ill. (link below). Another way of putting it ... Not strange. Time, space, matter, and duality are mental constructs. All is appearing in consciousness to consciousness and is made of consciousness. Nameless, formless, infinite and eternal. The Universe is mental.

The science of medicine is only the half of it. It’s also an ART, and Dr. Cynthia had the good sense not to ignore the evidence of her own eyes and her patients’ experience. Isn’t that also a part of Evidence Based Medicine: the patient’s preferences and goals?

Hi Cynthia, could you write a bit more how you healed your adrenals? Carnivore only or did you do something else? I’ve been struggling with adrenal fatigue since I was a child. Also very stressful childhood.

I am 80 years old and look younger than her, in fact most people think I am in my sixties! I am mostly low carb and have been for several years! So can really advocate a low carb diet. Not necessarily full carnivore but at least Keto!

Try beef bacon. It’s delicious. I started eating it after I discovered that pork bacon triggers my psoriasis. Carnivore for over a year now and no psoriasis. I’m 77.

Please advise me... I became vegan for 4 years because I was absolutely traumatised by watching animal agriculture documentaries. I eventually had to get over the trauma and gradually reintroduced free range chicken and eggs, fish and seafood and then dairy although I don't like cow's milk. I've researched so much info on the carnivore diet and would like to try it to see if I can heal some issues but I'm not able to get my head around eating mammals because it would just feel the same as eating my dog. Would it be healthy to be on carnivore with only poultry, eggs, fish and seafood?
