Ash wasn’t playing-gobbled that wonderful thing up in no time! 😄 I worked at McD’s when I was 16, but we didn’t have McGriddles back then. Heck, we had to memorize prices & add everything up on paper & then put it in the cash register back in the day. 😂 But that was about 50 years ago. 😳 (I’m old) Oh, the memories….It wasn’t one of the 2 choices, but “CCN Griddles” gets my vote! ❤

i will definitely be making these. When my husband had ankle surgery a couple years ago, his friend came over every Saturday to clean the chicken coop, and refresh their water and food. I always had several breakfast sandwiches wrapped for him to take home. He would eat them on his way to work. Now, i can make some for myself. Thank you for all your content. You rock!!!!

If you have a Dash Mini Pancake griddle you can make the pancakes and eggs in that. I add a couple tablespoons of Lakanto pancake syrup to the batter for the Maple taste. Way to go Chris. I will be trying your pancake recipe.

Nice....I had a couple leftover waffles I made from the pancake recipe in the fridge....cut up a couple tasty reakfast sausages to make a patty an dadded aged chedder.....it reminds me of the old sausage McGriddle without egg I used to order years ago. Nice!

I keep the oil and vinegar bottles next to my stove, but instead of oil in one, i put water. Then, when i cook eggs, it's super handy to just add a splash to the pan.

So 2 of the Grandkids (teens) showed up unexpectedly, and asked what I was cooking and of course they wanted one. I did not tell them anything about the recipe and they ate them and asked for more! My Grandson, who is in track and field watched me whip up another batch and said that if he hadn’t eaten one already he probably wouldn’t have tried it, but then said he should come and eat with me more often because this diet would be good for him as an athlete. So I win, good food and more company with a Grandchild!

Hubby made your pancakes a couple of days ago and I was amazed at how they smelled just like pancakes. I had some left over hamburger patties so I warmed them up with some cheese on them and made 2 sandwiches. They were AWESOME! Can't wait to try them with egg and sausage. The canning jar rings are actually not advised for that use from the manufacturers as they never touch food when canning... you don't know what kind of heavy metals you're releasing in your food... not saying you cant... just a friendly heads up that it may not be as great as it seems...I used them for eggs alot until I saw a faq section on balls canning jar website that explained it for more eloquently than I have here ❤️

I have the silicone hamburger bun or muffin top pans that I use to make Rachel's pancakes (2kk) in the oven. Works great. Do you think you could do these in the oven? That would make it go faster. I make batches and put the remainder in the fridge. Having Rheumatoid, I don't move so well in the morning, so having things prepped works best for me. Thanks for another great recipe!

I tried the pancake batter in the silicone molds that you recommended for the brioche buns. It worked great. I’m not sure how long I cooked them in the oven because I was cooking something else as well. But I turned them over when they felt solid so they browned on both sides.
