I Love her music and always will ❤❤❤

I guess you know the pictures you keep showing when talking about her abusive 3rd husband are pictures of James Taylor, not Rick Evers.

Tapestry , my sister played that album everyday right after Beatles . She was the oldest and the boss of our room . My other sister and I were so glad when Led Zepplin came out . She got her first apartment right after that and nothing was the same ever again . Gives me fond memories and glad it was big for her .

@@FactsVerse anything about the 60’s , 70’s , 80’s . Ed Sullavin was about the only way we could see our favorite stars , King Biskit flower hour , midnight special . We all loved Red Skelton show too .

I remember Tapestry came out when I was in high school listened to it many times. Think I will buy a new copy.

I remember that well too! The picture of her by the window with her cat & the lyrics were on the inside record cover. The Beatles albums were the same way. The good old days were just that! 😢

You’re talking about Rick Evers and his abuse but you’re showing pictures of James Taylor. This is very misleading

Thanks for the feedback. We'll check the video!

I agree. I noticed the same thing. If you don’t have pictures of Evers, just show pictures of King by herself. Some people who don’t know better, would associate James Taylor of an abusive relationship with King. In reality they are close friends.

Ditto. I googled Rick Evers. Very few photos of him. There is one and he resembles James Taylor.

She's a fantastic singer- songwriter. I'm sorry that she was abused and cheated on.

Tapestry was produced by Lou Adler who also produced ALL of the Mama's & Papa's songs & albums. He produced Tapestry for just $21,000 & took just three weeks to finish. The Lennon & McCartney always wondered who was "Goffin / King writing team who they got to meet in February 1964. PBS did a two-hour documentary on her a few years ago under "American Experience." Interviewing other artists & her daughters.

This video is very interesting, but it does not explain specifically what her husband did that prompted her to divorce him.

You show photos of James Taylor not of Rick Evers. There is one photo online that resembles Taylor. There is photo that king is on the image.

Why all pictures of her and James Taylor while talking about Rick Evers? She and JT are longtime friends.
@rochducey46692 ай бұрын
They look alike… long hair and mustache… similar facial features… but those are definitely photos of JT.

deveria ter largado o marido violento, mas a sorte dela, é que ele morreu, tem que dar graças a Deus, porque não tinha inteligência para se separar na época
