Caroline Adams Miller: the science of goal setting

Caroline brought up so many good references. I certainly was in the SMART goals camp all my corporate life, wish I'd had this book when I started working! I'd taken the VIA character strengths test before and reflected on how incorporating my top strengths showed up in the projects I enjoyed more. Also very much appreciated her shout out to Wikipedia who launched the Women in Red project (women 18% of the biographies, men 82%). Women (and girls) have few role models to find in Wikipedia so they want to turn red names to blue hyperlinks by people telling their stories.
