Hi Caroline...this looks brilliant as always...and thank you for the extravans workout yesterday...I’ve only just seen it...a lovely surprise!! You will reach 300 k subscribers today or tomorrow so I thought I would comment on that...it is a fantastic achievement! You have produced such a brilliant product...fantastic workouts as everyone says...and also this lovely friendly community...someone commented to me that there is real warmth here. You work so hard and do so many great things I thought I would just mention two things that I think are really special. First you get people to do things they think they can’t...I see so many comments where people are using heavier weights, doing push ups, sit ups, handstands!! For the first time! And second...even though your channel is now so big you take the time to make individual people feel an important part of it all. Hi Caroline...just finished the workout. Brilliant, as ever...I really enjoyed it. Great to finish with a few more Makers!! Turkish get ups were a new exercise for me...felt like it worked quite a few muscles! Loved the superset format again! @Matthew Almond you are a super fan & your comments make a refreshing cha he to most people’s attitudes lately!! Keep up the good work you have willpower to keep up to all these workouts! I’ll confess I add them to my watch list & when they say “1 hour” I flick through to get ideas of what I can incorporate into my workouts. I haven’t got time or energy to do an hour as I am active in general with a mad busy home life! ☺️

@@matthewalmond4688 totally agree with you, first time in my life I've followed a program on KZbin, I normally get bored and switch, but Caroline's way keeps things alive and interesting that makes you want to come back for more, and seeing a huge difference in my body and strength plus getting a comment from her is motivating, I don't know how she does it now with so many subscribers but I think she's amazing, plus the community here and on her Facebook page is helpful, and motivating.... Enough rambling I need to smash this workout... 😂😂😂

Things I love about Caroline: 1) She only talks in the beginning. Now don’t get me wrong, I could listen to her all day, but I don’t like being talked to throughout a workout! 2) She DOES the whole workout “live” - no edits! She stops when she needs to stop, she loses her balance and rights herself, she’s a REAL person - just like us! 3) She shows us how to do the exercises. Now that’s not unique BUT she does it in a way that’s immediately accessible! 4) She encourages us in a genuine way! I look forward to each day’s workout and can’t wait to hear Caroline’s “Let’s go!” Thank you, Caroline!!

I have been following many fitness influencers but what makes you different is that I find you more human who shows us how to make improvements. A super fit human needs breaks too, her balance can be fluctuate sometimes.. The main goal is to keep moving.. bring out a productive 1hour.. you are not a trainer. You are a teacher who learns while teaching.. love and respect for you Caroline

Today I really felt stronger. I was almost in tears when I looked at myself in the mirror during the shoulder hold… confidently holding two 20 lb dumbbells up for 45 seconds. I could barely lift one up when I started a mere 5 weeks ago. This program is life-changing. Love reading all the comments of those with similar experiences along the way. Cannot express my gratitude for this program enough, Caroline! ❤️

I work 12 hour shifts and can't commit to 5 days per week, and I've been doing body weight most of the time because I'm so out of shape, but I'm here, and I'm doing it. Thank you Caroline for making workout videos I actually enjoy. Can't wait to see how much stronger I am by the end. If you're reading this, you can do it and I believe in you!!

Some good things came out of covid as I'm so happy you've extended your personal training outside the gym to a soon to be millions crowd. I've always wanted to go to a personal trainer but wasn't able to afford it yet. I, along with everyone here, are grateful for you, so thank you for all you do, Caroline. Hope to one day work towards a body like yours 😍

Hi S...lovely comment...yes discovering Caroline is the best thing by far that has happened to me during COVID...I have just enjoyed her workouts so much! I don’t worry too much about body shape...just do the exercises because I enjoy them so much...and then you tend to find the changes in body shape just occur as a result! Have a lovely day. Matthew

This is probably my first comment ever on KZbin!! Have been following Caroline for a while now. And she's my favorite trainer so far since I've started working out which was more than a decade ago!! I don't know if you'll see this Caroline. But you make working out fun! You are relatable, genuine, warm, and kind. And most of all HUMAN like the rest of us!! So a big thank you to you for everything you do for people across the globe. This workout made me feel energized and made me remember why I was doing this in the first place. Time to up my weights. 10lbs now feels so light. Thank you Caroline, I cannot believe how much my body has changed in. 5 weeks. I feel much stronger and my body looks better and people are even noticing how different my legs look. All those darn lunges sure do shape the legs 🦵.

Today I felt stronger than ever before, contrary to other times, this one-hour routine flew by like the wind. Almost halfway through the Epic program I can say that my body has changed: my abs are completely marked, my arms and legs are defined, my whole body toned, with more strength and resistance than ever. I have learned new ways to exercise from the comfort of my home and I feel like I've made new friends in this community of followers. This has been therapy for me during these times of pandemic and confinement. I don't want this to end, I'm starting to feel the anxiety and uncertainty of reaching the end. I have so much to thank Caroline for.

I can’t believe Monday starts our 6th week of the 10 week challenge. Thank you doesn’t quite express the appreciation for your workout challenges that has really helped through this time and having to still social distance. I feel like I’m on a constant high of endorphins. On another note planks don’t scare me anymore thanks to the 5 minute challenge back in August. Hope everyone enjoys the weekend and HIIT on Sunday 🙏😊🏋️‍♀️🌺

Hi Caroline! Wow! Another amazing workout! I was in a HIIT class for 12 years before it was shut down from the pandemic. It was, and still remains one of the best decisions I ever made, as the strengthening it provided helped me through some cardiac issues and helped me be a stronger skier. One of the things this previous class did not do was systematically work us up to heavier weights and more strength. It was a jump in and go kind of thing. I tried, but kept getting back and hamstring issues as a result and had to back off. Just purchased my pair of 20 pounders and tried them out for the first time today. Yes, it was a struggle, but I was so much better prepared than in my previous class. I feel tired, but great, with no pain issues. Again, your well assembled workouts are the key to this advancement. I cannot thank you enough for your efforts to assemble these incredibly thorough, well produced workouts. Additionally, there is something about you that is so inspirational. You glow with enthusiasm and joy, and this is what makes these workouts so infectious and addicting. Due to work issues, I almost blew it off today, but remembered the age old adage: “just showing up is 99% of the effort.” I also remembered I would get a great dose of happiness and joy from you that I carry with me throughout my day. Caroline, thank you ever so much for your efforts. I wish you success in the venture. I know I speak for all of us when I say this has been a successful journey. I look forward to the next installment.

Fullybody Friday completed but with a lot of effort required. Love the fullbody day so used 12.5kg today as yesterday was a rest day. These workouts are really killing me (in a good way) I'm still sore after the legs day with the band and the leg section was a burner. Seemless transistion through shoulders and back to chest, maximum effort required. You really do know how many muscles groups you are working all the way through. Loved the shoulder press hold and great to see the lunge, curl, press, I like that a lot. Side Plank hold with 12.5 was tough enough. I always like to give a good overview of my workout as we can all have a day when its harder than normal but never drop the form, keep pushing and Caroline when I see you take a wee break it shows me how well I am doing. Happy Friday Team and Caroline many congratulations for the 300K so well deserved. Put locally your subscribers make up 20% of the population of Northern Ireland. 😉 I think this calls for another celebration Cheescake to be put in the oven and a chance to devise more new moves in the kitchen. Yes I predict that Caroline’s subscribers will eventually exceed the population of NI...we can watch her steadily moving towards that number! Have a lovely start to the weekend. I am going for a long walk along the North Downs Way tomorrow with a friend who lives in Kent so we can meet half way. We both live in low risk areas where travel is allowed and the risk in going for a walk is minimal. I did some fave to face teaching in the university yesterday which I enjoyed so much...nice to see real students! All good wishes, Matthew

Caroline my personal home coach that was a great low impact workout ...bought my 5 kgs each dumb bells and this workout did the purchase justice..now to relax and enjoy the saturday rest day..awaiting the ritual sundays HiiT killer.....and a huge congrats on ❣❣300k❣❣ subbies💖💖💖...Your hands down the best KZbin fitness trainer. So this workout was a milestone for me. With the exception of 2 moves - front shoulder raise and one of the ab exercises- I did the workout with 20lb dumbbells. I never would have been able to do this (mentally or physically!) 5 weeks ago. Thank you Caroline for getting me out of my comfort zone with every workout and for taking my fitness to the next level. Beyond grateful to you! ❤️💪🙏😀

Day 24!!! It was an EPIC workout!!! Thank you Caroline! I actually did a sit up today and went all the way up just like you do. I was so surprised I laughed out loud. I saw you do it and thought NO WAY!! And then I did it!!! I couldn’t do that a few weeks ago so I am seeing progress daily. I’m so excited and I look so forward to every workout. I feel like I’m right there with you and you feel my pain...lol!!! Thank you for the daily inspiration and motivation you give to me and so many others!!!

300k, Caroline! 🥳 I am PROUD to be a part of this Epic community! Before the pandemic, I was losing interest in some of my group fitness classes due to the repetition (attended those classes for almost 2 years). But that certainly hasn’t been the case with you. Keep doing what YOU do (your signature style and smiles), and the growing CG community will follow you to the end! 💜 ✅10/23 - Completed this with 20lbs .. then 15lbs ... then 10lbs. And I didn’t want to finish this workout any other way than doing the maker moves! 😆 My max HR was 154 (avg was 117)!!?! I know there will be a lot of jumping this Sunday since there has been no jumping this week. See everyone for Sunday HIIT! 🔥

@@mstempestous Hi Kaisen! My glutes were still sore from Wednesday workout. 😂 I was wondering why you have been quiet this week. This week has been tough for me. I have low energy and has not been as motivated like the Previous weeks. I always feel better after the workouts but I have been struggling to get myself to start the workout. There’s a lot of my plate (literally and figuratively 🤣) so I’m a bit stressed with work. I may miss next Friday workout as we will be out of town. And I can foresee missing a few in November. It’s the season. End of the year madness. I hope you’re taking care of yourself and the car! Which workout will you do tomorrow?

@@thyiff2219 So sorry Thyiff! yeah i did take a break because mind and body were tired. I think some rest and nutrition is needed for you too...you do have a lot of responsibilities. I'll do the glutes today...at my own pace haha. Also need to make sure of eating and rest. It's been go go go with work and I don't even have kids! But for sure mental work said a lot to energy. Get some rest cuz we are jumping tomorrow 😅

Whew! As I look out in shock to see our first snowfall - so unexpected, I’m SO SO SO happy to be snuggled up inside and warmed by doing your EPIC Day 24! We live in a “pocket desert” here in BC, Canada, but it does not mean its tropical by any means, arid yes, but tropical not so much. Loved todays workout, Caroline, had a perfect flow. Each session gives me more focus, balance and... grace, I like to think. And strength. We need these physical quality’s as well as mentally. Your workouts make the world around me fall away for the first bit of the day and help me cruise through the rest of the day. No matter what, with one of your workouts “under my belt” (antiquities phrase haha!) I’m up for ANYTHING life throws at me today. Blessings always and Thanks heartfelt.

I start to like the feel good tune at the end of each session! :) What I appreciate after having tried many other coaches videos is that there are no adds in the middle of Caroline's sessions. Beside being very professional, they are efficient and have now become part of my main workout.

I feel my fit young self again after a hip injury and arthroscopic 10 yrs ago which stopped me from running and playing tennis unfortunately. However, I can do Caroline’s workouts with a little modification and I feel stronger every week I keep at it! Don’t give up folks, modify where u need to and u will feel stronger every week u keep it up and stay strong.

Day 24 Complete! Loved all the combinations, some new moves for me. Went so very fast. I keep thinking this is the best workout so far and each new workout surpasses the previous. So wonderful! Thank you!

Thank you so much Caroline. Your workouts are a life saver. I am 53 years old and have been doing a number of different workouts over the years, mostly high impact but getting older and going through menopause I have learned strength training is so important. I completed your epic programme but my form at times is poor and I started off using 3kg dumbbells. I decided, rather than start epic 2 I would do epic again to see if I could improve. I'm now up to 5kg dumbbells and also using a 10kg kettlebell when I can. I was feeling very down about the changes to my body because of menopause but I have noticed a big difference 2nd time round doing epic. On day 25 tomorrow(low impact version) and it makes me feel sooo good. It's been a long time since I got up and looked forward to a workout, so thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do 🥰xx

Your workout is the only workout that has the power to make me do it even when I am not feeling good. Today I wasn't in a good mood,and I was about to miss it, but something magnetic didnt allow me to. Now, after finishing today's workout I feel magically better, so thank u for sending us positive vibes through the workout. We r not only getting stronger physically, but also mentally.

Caroline! As always, that was a well balanced workout! I loved it. I used a variety of weights depending on the body part and the move.. I was like a yoyo, fron 10 to 7.5 to 10 to 5 and to 10 back again😂.. I tried the tukish delight with the 10 kg and I lost control of the weight and banged my knee😂😂.. So downgraded to a 5😂😂 Thank you Caroline for an Epic day! Happy Friday!

Day 24 complete! Woke up not in the mood to do SHIT (shout out my girl PMS), but I had an amazing session and worked really hard. If someone counted the amount of times I tell you to f*ck off during these workouts (especially when I saw the finisher today was the maker from hell), there’d be a hefty contemplation video. Can’t believe we’re almost on week 6!

wow- just wow. i did my workout mid-day and due to the gloomy weather, had a couple extra espressos and a kombucha to pump me up for this w.o. and it was still exhausting! how you do this with the weights you do Caroline is beyond me! i am feeling stronger and may actually buy a bit heavier weights thanks to you and this program! this w.o. definitely warrants a rest day tomorrow! i have never been big on rest days until this program and can see the benefits and i hit it harder knowing tomorrow will be a rest day. i'll still go for a walk or play tennis or do yoga, but nothing super crazy. hope all have a fantastic friday and saturday and see you Sunday!!!

Hi Caroline. I’ve been a life long active person with 5-6 workouts a week. My workouts have primarily consisted of high intensity cardio and/or running. I decided to try your Epic program and am glad I did! At 46 yrs old, my body doesn’t react to my old workouts the same way anymore. I can’t wait to see the results from your program but can honestly say that I am already seeing results and muscle that I didn’t see before. Haven't heard of maker before until Epic Day 4. And I love it now. I am doing her 10 min maker as part of my warm-up before starting my proper Epic day programme. I find it helpful to practice on my tricep pushup as well.

Bought new eights and a yoga block yesterday so I was thrilled when I heard which equipment would be used in the beginning :D This was a lot of fun and, even though the time didn't exactly fly by (I felt every rep and every second), I really enjoyed challenging my body to move this way this morning and seeing how eager it was to respond. My strength and form are definitely coming along and I'm learning to take these workouts at my own pace so I'm loving Caroline, the EPIC programme and myself more and more day by day! Thank you for all you do, Caroline. You will likely never know how much you've helped me in my journey to wellness, but please know that I am exceedingly grateful for your encouragement and support. This was a good workout. I realized to start slowly enough at the beginning that I had more energy throughout the hole workout so I did not run out of the energy in the middle. You learn a lot about your body the more you workout.

I've been doing your workout every week day since August and I feel so much stronger than I did when I started. I really appreciate that you work all of the muscle groups through the epic program and you really focus on strength and health instead of weight loss or vanity. I can't wait for my next workout and I've never felt that way before! Your videos are perfect, I like that you talk only at the beginning and then let us focus on the workout after that. I also like that you tell us what weights you are using, and I like the timer and the clear instructions for what is coming next. What a great session !!! My body is on fire! Going slowly allowed me to become aware of my body, what muscle was working for such and such an exercise! The slowness allowed me more intensity too !!! I'd planned today to be a rest day but I wasn't sore, I've got the house all to myself so I thought 'let's have a go' and I'M SO HAPPY I DID!!! It was hard but enjoyable bc I felt so energised, my body felt so good that I gave it more than a 100%. I went over the timer a few times to get 10 - 13 reps in, or to make sure I did an equal amount for each side. Thank you, Caroline.

I’m really feeling how much stronger I’m becoming!. Never have I wanted to carry on with a programme and always lost interest. So glad I nailed this today all with my heavier weights!. I was looking forward to this because it said no jumping 😀. But I have the HIIT session tomorrow!. 😳🥵😩... Thank you Caroline!. 🥰😘

Wonderful workout! It really challenged my balance but I have gotten stronger than I was when the EPIC program first started. I surprised myself in doing the side planks as I used to have problems in doing those before!😁.The finisher was brutal😭😁💪🏾💪🏾❤❤. Thank you for another amazing workout Caroline, you keep taking me to higher levels😁😁❤❤.

Your smile is so beautiful and really keeps you going when you think you're tired! I never thought I would be able to hold a side plank with a 20lb weight and you have proven me and thousands of others wrong! You're the best! Absolutely epic!
