Since relegating my workouts to the basement due to covid, these workouts have become an integral part of my fitness routine. Each morning, when I'm struggling to drag my butt out of bed, I just remind myself that there's a "Caroline workout" waiting, and it does the trick. Six months in, and I believe I'm in significantly better shape than I would have been otherwise. Thank you for a great variety of workouts that are both effective and inspirational.

I discovered your channel about 3-4 months ago and decided to give you a try. I’m quickly coming up on my 65th birthday and I am noticing a positive difference in that short time. I had not been motivated to work out regularly and it was definitely showing. The older one gets, the faster one loses tone. So it hasn’t been easy but your workouts keep me motivated. This is my first time coming across your video. & I can say it is giving me a lot of hope and motivation little by little. I am 20 and I have always suffered with my fitness journey my whole life. I have always had weight gain a loss off and on. My body fluctuates a lot. But I just want to stick with it this time. I pray I can. It is so hard and especially have depression. It wears you down, especially being an emotional eater as well. I did get about 40 minutes in all of this work out done. But I didn't want to overdo it my first time. I do 100% want to hit my goal with this video by my 21st birthday. & That I have the mindset to do so and have the strength to keep going. It is tough, but I am going to do it no matter how hard it gets. Thank you for this video. You're a life saver for this!

FABULOUS FULLBODY completed This one is very leg intensive and tests the balance as well. After yesterdays 10min Press Up Workout the press-up section in todays workout is just tough enough especially the walking press-ups. The Plank also makes a welcome return 😊 I hope you're enjoying todays local heatwave Caroline and topping up on Vitamin D. Well, this was my favorite workout you have shared with us, which means it's my favorite workout ever! 😄 I love everything- the wall sits, squats, lunges, hovers, push ups, etc!! I particularly loved the bird dog, sumo hold to hand tap, hamstring to dead stop, traveling push ups, tricep push up to plank, and the toe tap to extension. I just listed the entire workout 😆 Just fantastic and perfect start to my Friday! Thank you so much 💕 Also, I added 2.5 min plank to the end because I restarted the challenge on Monday. I haven't commented on some of your workouts this week, but I've done them all and enjoyed every minute!! The best tip I have ever gotten is when you told us if you can do one full push up then never do one on the knees again. Knowing I have no choice if I want to do the exercise, I've progressed so much more! Although, I still have a ways to go, but I love the challenge. It's just fun to see any progress!! 😀 Have a fabulous weekend girl!!!!

Couldn't train for almost 4 weeks due to several reasons - I finally got back to track today, starting with this workout. I've only done 3 of your workouts and I absolutely LOVE them! Favorite things: UNIQUE You keep the workouts interesting, NOT all the same moves you see out there! MUSIC IS GREAT! (unlike most other workouts apps) Timer is helpful and half way reminder is always NICE Video of what exercise is next is something I never thought I was missing but it helps me prepare during rest time, especially if its a move I've never done You me!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

I really appreciate this workout! I'm 50 and have a job that requires me sitting at my screen for long periods of time throughout the day. I started this workout 6 weeks ago and use it M-F. I split it into 30 min alternating workouts because I can't do the full hour yet. I can tell I'm toning up overall and my core is much stronger. Thank you!

Thank you. I’ll do this in the evening Edit: yay I did it. Those lunges killed me but I really want to thank you for these workouts. My balance has improved and also my pushups. Before I started your workouts, I used to do pushups on my knees and I couldn’t even do one full pushup but now I do full pushups, maybe not as fast yet and sometimes, I do like a mix of both when I get tired.

Felt the burn big time with this one!! I’m loving all the push-up variations lately. I have to say, I was outside with my kids and my husband, (who is generally fairly oblivious😂) commented on how fit and muscular I am getting. Hi M. T ... I took a break working out for a while after having my second child because I was trying to slowly work on repairing some abdominal wall separation. Once we started quarantine here in March/April, I started working out with various KZbin videos. No real routine because honestly a lot of the home workouts weren’t really that motivating for me. I found Caroline’s page a couple months ago and have been solely following her since then. I mostly follow along with her daily workouts... 20-30min a day, which is perfect since I have two young kids so sometimes time is hard to find. I usually workout 6x per week. I do both her body weight and dumbbell workouts. I’ve definitely noticed my strength increase since following her. I find her workouts fun, challenging and motivating, which has definitely helped me to be so consistent. So thankful for her guidance and dedication to this group! 😁 I hope you enjoy your journey to feeling strong and awesome!

Done! For today. I love your workouts. So awesome!! Thank you so much! I have about 4 weeks following you and I see a diference on me. Even if is 15 minutes or an hour workout I sweat so much jumping or no jumping. This week is the first I followed and did daily post workout! Cant wait for tomorrow's. From Cali US.

I did this routine yesterday, it was devastating, every day I train with your videos they are the best I have seen, CONGRATULATIONS CAROLINE FOR THE MORE THAN 200K followers, a couple of months ago we celebrated the 100k, more and more followers will come for your excellent routines and especially because you are a great person, THANK YOU.

Caroline I LOVE YOU !!!! Been following you since two months now and despite my gym backround of 4 years I have never improved my stance, balance, form, core stabilization and isometric holds better than now after training with you religiously 7 days a week!! My endurance has peaked to some other level and can you believe I could literally touch my nose to the floor while doing mid wide pushups today. I feel like with this training every single body part has honed itself to perfection !!!!

I did this on my active rest/recovery day of week 8, Epic Heat. Caroline, even if you do not create another structured program for us, as long as you continue to upload your daily workouts, we would be so, so, so thankful to you. In addition to the many things that so many of us have said about your workouts, there is still some kinda X factor that makes these sessions so very enjoyable:) Thank You for your incredible work. You must consider including the the hover walk and hover knee tap more often. They got my quads on fire :) My husband and I were exchanging, "How in the world is Caroline just doing it so effortlessly!" glances... But then again, after hundreds of workouts with you, we now know thay you are *the* machine :D

Caroline I did it today and felt like doing a half marathon.. it is indeed a killer.. I took 20sec rest in btwn.. the selections are so sensibly plotted.. the exercises are working mainly on the specific targeted area and partially preparing on that area what we will hit after that.. very mindful.. love and respect from India

I am very grateful to you for the extraordinary workout videos that I use frequently since March of this year when I stop going to the GYM due to the coronavirus. So so excited to do this workout...it was lovely! Caroline in white is an angel...great combo, innovative moves, great music. I was dancing during squats ...my single leg work is so much stronger. Pushups will be work in progress. So happy with your workouts and your sweet energy Caroline 💗💗💗💗🙏🏼🙏🏼
