I've dealt with Ganglion cysts and carpal tunnel syndrome for awhile and I had no idea that the problems could be coming from places other than my wrist. Amazing. Thank you for doing these videos.

Super helpful video! I have a bulge in my cervical vertebrae (c5/c6 I think?) from a car accident this past January and have been suffering from horrible tension headaches in my neck that almost also end up turning into debilitating migraines. I've been practicing self myofascial release using a foam roller and lacrosse balls in my upper back/upper traps, neck, and chest and it's been helping. I've been wanting to get a Thera cane like you show in the video, but just haven't gotten around to it. The funny thing is that I've finally gotten back to my regular yoga practice and my wrists (especially the right) is in so much pain that I've recently been looking up carpal tunnel specialists. I thought it was odd that I would have it since I am in the fitness industry, but just assumed it must be carpal tunnel. It never even occurred to me that this could be linked to my injury and could also be treated using SMR until I watched your video (duh). I'm definitely going to try the techniques you recommend here. Thank you!

Excellent! You rock! One thing that helped me a lot was exactly hiw to do the scalenes...3 fingers..start under the ear..press and slide over an inch..work your way down. Magnesium is something that this body lives too. I just always forget to give it to it. Great, thorough treatment for carpel! Thanks so much. It's going on my home screen.

Hi William. I haven't watched any of your videos in a long time because I found out that the problem with my feet is actually Peripheral Nueropathy. The initial symptoms were exactly like PF. Anyone who is reading this please be aware that what you think is PF miight be something else. I was mis-diagnosed three times before a team of doctors at Mayo Clinic figured out what was really going on. Take care my friends. Blessings ~ Jason

My doctor confirmed to me through the x-ray result that there is a small calcaneal SPUR seen along the posterior aspect of my Calcaneus at the insertion of the Achilles tendon. No other discrete bony abnormality were detected. WHAT CAN YOU SUGGEST TO RELIEVE ME OF THE PAIN (I am 59 years old). What videos have you got that I can watch about this? (I have already subscribed to your channel for a month). Your help will be greatly appreciated.

adam Hamilton so explain how for many many months i have has serious arm and wrist pain and shoulder pain and in the neck which was not only painful but also very limited in range of motion and the technique at the start of the video where you massage the neck muscles literally stopped my pain, my arm and my hands both stopped not only tingling but also the pain, i can now turn my head to look behind me so much better to the point the pain relief was so much i got chocked up to my partner. So maybe ask the question about training then wait for a reply before you make stupid comments because if you take away the Horny girls from the comments section there are dozens of people thanking him and now have some pain relief and mobility back. I can probably guess your pain (if you have any is either new pain you havent lived with for long or completely different to what most people problems are so you got no relief) now i have no idea if i am correct and very judgemental of me but your comment shows me being judgemental or presuming something about someone is acceptable to at least
@Peacehawk09113 жыл бұрын
@@Simlife101 well if I have to guess how long I can remember back having numbness and pain, I'd say decades. In my line of work I do allot of writing and have had problems for a long time. I never would have guessed it could be that. Mine is so bad I drop things off have to stop what I'm doing to get any feeling back at all. It is so severe that before my initial visit with a neurologist he immediately gave me shots in both hands. If that tells you anything of my problems. So yes my issue is very real. I have tried massage therapy, acupuncture, home remedies etc. It's so bad at times I want to carve into my wrist and find and cut the band they cut anyways in surgery to relieve the issue. But we all know that's a stupid idea. That's just the type of immense pain I have, especially during bad weather.
@Simlife1013 жыл бұрын
@@Peacehawk0911 But what makes you think because it doesnt help you it doesnt help anyone else and where is you medical background and i do not mean health issue experience? You can not just presume because he looks young he can't know anything in regards to this subject. He knows what each name of each muscle is and where it works and how it works in the body unless you didn't even give the video a chance so imo it is very judgemental to say what did. If writing has been one one the reasons for your CTS then why bother to even use your thumps or fingers to write such a comment that help no one 😂
