Is the 622N compatible with all Yongnuo speedlites, particularly the lithium battery lites?

Thanks for this valuable info. Most importantly (5:05) ALWAYS PUT THE FLASH IN TTL.

Thanks David for your video. Its a learning opportunity for many of us. I have a question. Will the YN22N trigers and commanders work on a flash that does not have TTL capabilities (NIKON SB28) if it is used on MANUAL mode? I have 2 TTL nikon flashes and one older non TTL flash....I want to buy the YN622N set up but I am concerned if that the older flash will work on MANUAL mode......I know it wont work on TTL.....but will it work in Manual?

David this is a great and very informative video. I have the YN 622N-Tx and the YN 622n receivers. I have one SB910 and another Sb600. Both flashes are in i-TTL mode, both set to channel 1, the SB 910 to Group A and the SB 600 to group B. They both are triggered and fire when my camera fires. I just can not change the flash out out from the controls on the YN622N-TX. If i change the power, it does not change on the flash. What could be the problem? Looked everywhere and can not find the answer. Thankyou in advance

David, thanks for this video. I just bought the YN622N triggers and ran into problems - that's when I found your tutorial. My problem was that the connectors on several of my SB-900s had corroded a bit (they are made of brass) - they worked on the camera, but not on the triggers, but your video helped me make sure I wasn't going insane. Your videos are very high quality and easy to follow - again, thank you!

I have this kit. TX Controller attached to the camera and 622c to the flash. When I am far from the camera I want to change the flash power directly from the flash. The problem is I change the power value from the flash, push the button but it finally gives the controller's value. Do you know how to do it?

Have a problem with my YN 622N-TX. I use it on a D7200 and it bousen't trigger when I press the shutter on the camera. The test button triggers the flash but not when I try to take a photo.

T.B.Photo did you ever figure out why it didn't work? I'm having the same issue.

does the TTL function work on strobes vie the PC-sync port? or does it only works via the hot shoe? My guess is the latter.

The TTL part of the triggering only works when it is connected to the hotshoe. However, you can use it as a non-TTL trigger through the PC-sync.

They unfortunately are not.

Can you help me? I have a set of one 622N-TX and a 622N. My camera is a Nikon D7000 and my flash is a SB-700. The problem is that my remote only works on manual mode. I checked the green light on 622N device, but I can't use iTTL. Please, help me, because only in iTTL mode the flash doesn't fire.
@carrida201010 жыл бұрын
Andre, how do you have the SB-700 setup as it sits on the 622N? Do you have that set up as iTTL? What channel and group? You have that same channel and group setup on the 622N-TX that sits on the camera as well? Lets say they are set to Group A - so you are saying that group A works when its set to Manual, but it doesn't fire when group A is set to iTTL?

All the set up is correct. But I got the point. In my case, turning the AF mode on Solved my issue. I don't know why, but that was the solution. Now my SB700 fires on iTTL.
