Since you were on the higher end of the first set of size, I would’ve went with the second set of sizes. I think the sizing should’ve went from 2-10 and the second set 12-30

I'm so happy and proud to hear that even your husband has noticed the change in your confidence! That's so incredible! My boyfriend has noticed the change in me since watching Carrie and i've even noticed it, i've put on a bit of extra weight and needed to go up a size but i was so scared to i would keep trying to squeeze into the smaller clothes and just end up super uncomfortable, thanks to Carrie i've started not even looking at the sizes and just embracing whatever fits me and whatever i am comfortable in and honestly i feel so much more beautiful in my clothes now because they fit then i did squeezing into a smaller size! I love seeing the influence she has on fellow woman, it's incredible! Like Carrie said, this is all you as well though! Carrie, you should try on the things in your closet and show the sizes to show how pointless sizing is. I just went through my closet and realized I have pants, skirts, dresses spanning from size 4 to size 10. So yes, the number on the tag is POINTLESS.

Size means one thing; Categorization on the product line. Does not reflect upon you as a human, it's solely an identifier if you fit in the garment, you can catalog it in your mind as "Oh, this brand from this store, and this size."

It absolutely does not define you! As Carrie always says size is just a number, only the person wearing the clothes knows what size is on the inside. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and fits well, don't stress about fitting into a certain number, all shapes and sizes are beautiful and it's all about being comfortable in your clothes and getting what fits and makes you feel just as beautiful as you are! I completely understand the frustration though and i've been there, just the other day i was sitting in the dressing room crying over not being able to find my size or right fit, no matter how silly that seems i was just so frustrated that day! But looking back i realized there's no point being so upset over a silly number, as long as i feel beautiful in the clothes then who cares what the letter or number is, no one would care or know besides myself! So i went to a different store the next day after taking a breather determined to not even look at the sizes, just judging what looks like it may fit and trying that on and sure enough i found a different outfit that fit me way better and made me feel way better about myself then the other one had, it all happens for a reason! Hopefully you find some gorgeous finds that fit you wonderfully the next time you go! You're gorgeous (i'm sure from the inside out as well but even your picture is gorgeous), don't let your size or body changing ever let you doubt that!

I once tried a similar pair of magic jeggings from Asda in the uk and they were actually amazing. They fit me perfectly and they also fit my friend, who was a lot smaller, perfectly. Obviously jeggings are not jeans so slightly different but was still amazed

My favorite jeans are actually my pull&bear mom jeans. I’m usually a size 8 (can be a 6 in specific stores) and the size 8 mom jeans at pull&bear fit me perfectly! (Well accept being short but I’m 6’ it’s always like that I can’t blame them😂). Mom jeans (and actually jeans in general) are usually huuuuge for me on the waist while being too tight on my thighs, but the pull&bear ones have a small waist band which is great for me personally.

You have completely changed my mindset about clothes. I had always told myself I had to try an always fit the size 7, 8 ,9 size type. Ommgggg the SOUND of those jeans when you were trying them on...BLEH!! They sound so cheap and awful 😂 If you ever want to try on jeans that will make you feel like HOT FIRE FLAMES, go to Madewell! I'm a size 12 too and their "curvy" line jeans are so so good, They have more room in the hip and butt but fit a bit tighter on the waist so you don't get that awkward gap in the back. And they're an 11" rise, so no one is seeing your belly button unless you WANT them to see it 😂 But the only downside is that they're $100+ jeans.

Love these types of videos!! Have you seen American eagle’s CURVY jeans? They’re new and supposedly more tapered in at the waist but looser and stretchier in the butt and thighs. I’ve tried them and I can’t figure them out! I got them in my normal size and they were way too big in the thigh, which never happens on these thunder thighs. They were slightly smaller in the waist but still gapped. I got them in a size smaller and they were too right in the thighs and calves... like wtf? I’d LOVE to see you and your friends try them to see how they work!!

I tried on stretchy walmart bras one time. It was a disaster. Tried on a 3x and it felt like a large. I measure in at a 40d/42c and wear like a size XL or 1X top. Also tried on a similar stretchy bra at Lane Bryant in a size 28 and it felt like a 12.

It depends. You have to look at what sizes are on the back. Some I can’t wear because it doesn’t go high enough in the cup size.

Helpful, good to know, you look on the small side of a 12 too, you look more like an 8 or 10, so I definitely know I couldn't fit those properly. Then if you got the larger one, that probably wouldn't fit properly either- too big(?)

I feel like these jeans would be good for someone losing a lot of weight and fluctuates. I went from about a 10-12 to a 0-2 in a span of a few months from severe GI issues and gained about 10 pounds from TPN and tube feeds and then lost 30 more after starving again loosing about 70 pounds total. I have no jeans now and I don’t want to invest in jeans again because my health is so unpredictable.. so if you’re in the same boat these may be good for you 😂

I am between sizes 10 and 12 but have a very straight body (not much in the hips and butt department, but I do have pretty big thighs) these jeans actually do fit me. They're pretty tight, but like if I took a pair of skinny jeggings and they shrunk slightly in the dryer, but not in a bad way.... Idk if that makes sense, but I also kinda like them too. So just letting everyone know if you're a size 12 stick figure like me then they'll fit... Kind of.

I ordered the MyFit online. You can order them in short or tall. I got the short sizes 2-12. They fit on me amazing!! However, it is not for short people! It says it's short and I have to role them up LOL. The other thing is, it makes me look like I have extra pooch belly. I have a pooch little bit....but this makes it look bigger caused it's a bit loose in that area. I'm I size 6-8. And I also have big thighs. I think they are more made for like a 2-8

I love this and y’all have had such an impact on me. I was in a dressing room a week ago and put on a size down from my usual and it didn’t fit bc I have a 38 rib cage, no matter my weight. And I was just like, yup on to the next. It felt so good to not be bothered and not have to pretend to be ok when I wasn’t. Instead I was actually fine. Amazing. Love you and Sierra so much
