RECIPE - Bake at 180°C/350°C for 45mins
Carrot Cake
3 pcs Carrots
3 pcs Eggs
1 cup Oil
½ cup Sugar
2 cups Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
Chocolate Sauce
1 can Condensed Milk
100g Dark Chocolate
200g/1cup Whipping Cream
RECEITA
Bolo de Cenoura
3 uni Cenoura
3 uni Ovos
1 xíc Óleo
½ xíc Açúcar
2 xíc Farinha de Trigo
1 col/sopa Fermento Químico
Cobertura
1 lata Leite Condesado
100g Chocolate Amargo
200g/1 xíc Creme de Leite

the chocolate sauce is called "brigadeiro" it's a super traditional brazilian sweet, we also make little balls and put some sprinkles when wanna eat just the brigadeiro

Yes, the most traditional way to eat Carrot Cake in Brazil is to cover it with Brigadeiro but I personally find it too sweet and heavy so I always go for dark chocolate sauce instead, its not really brigadeiro since I use dark chocolate, not Nescau or toddy, and I also add whipping cream 😊
