I would assume the reason for the police vans with flat tires would be due to the non renewal of their Tyre replacements and hence neglected. Possibly worth investigating? Shocking that vehicle maintenance neglected due to contractual issues...

Our Justice system is failing us.Innocent people suffer while criminals are favoured.Our country needs to adopt the policy that if government/public service workers are found to accept bribes and are corrupt,they must be fired and cannot work in any government/public service sectors ever again.
