It's fact that every cartoon cartoon character lives in the same universe. there were two major cross overs, one with The KND and Billy and Mandy, and another with My Gym Partner and Camp Lazlo. There were also Several cameos. Including the Halloween when cartoon network became obsessed with aliens that wanted cheese. Those aliens were in 90% of their cartoons.

I think the girls are probably real, and the kid who made that imaginary Mojo saw it on the news. For the crossover theory, I think all of the shows are connected. Also in Foster's, Ed Edd 'n Eddy, Dexter's Lab, and Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy (at the least), exist too. KND and Grim Adventures have had multiple crossovers, Fred Flinstone was in Grim Adventures, and many more.

The only problem with the new format is the low volume--I had to turn my speakers way up to hear you. As for the theory, it's very cool, especially the part about some fucked-up kid having Mojo Jojo as an Imaginary friend because he's always in the news.
