We did a full Cartoon Network hotel room tour and a Overview of Bedrooms, pools, restaurants, gift shop, arcade and Lobby. There's tons of cool hidden Easter eggs of cartoon network characters hidden around the resort.

Keep in mind that the hotel is only about a year and a half old and they're trying their best with covid. Sure there could be more to it but I really think it's trying with what they got. Give it about another year and check it out then

I remember my oldest watching Dexter’s Laboratory and my two younger ones watching Gumball and Gravity Falls. Such clever stuff. At an art class, I had a lecture from an animator who started at out in California at Disney under one of Walt’s remaining nine old men. He got to Atlanta for the Cartoon Network. Such creativity. That hotel looks great. Hope they have a great crowd this summer. Got to know this has been a tough go for them. Wishing them the best.

I mean.. when you say “Cartoon Network Hotel” you’re attracting almost every millennial and millennial parent. It’s cute but overall it’s kind of like a glorified kiddie park. I do hope they stay open just to see what they add and expand on. Maybe they add a cardboard maze that looks like a city, or add a bar named after adult swim, I mean that lobby would make an amazing Candy Kingdom, a Total Drama obstacle course? Give me some Johnny Bravo themed hair products in my hotel room, I wanna meet Grim too! Also someone from CN should pay me for these ideas pls

its right beside Dutch Wonderland a really nice and popular kids amusement park so the hotel and park kinda work off each other. That would be my guess as to why they decided on that location

Yep, we booked a suite then flew out from Tucson to go there for my daughter's 30th birthday present (yes, it was $400+ for the suite) so yes, birthday lol Anyway, it shut down the night we were supposed to stay. We couldn't even go to the gift shop, even though the lobby was open. Super sad but I understand they had to shut down for Covid due to the Gov.'s orders. Don't know that we'll get back there.

I just came from this place. I was looking to see comments from people that have actually been. My guess,this place will closed in two years. Its terrible. They should have started from the ground up. Instead they used some old cheap motel. Which also is the vibe I got from my stay. We arrived and had no Kurgig. No sheets on the kids beds. No towels. We went to the pool and came back and we're Cold and couldn't even shower because we had no towels. It was awful. The place was gross. Hairs, boogers and more all over the walls. Even dead insects. We called for them to bring our missing stuff and after three hours waiting and several calls to the front desk we went down in person. We finally got what we needed. But then, we had to ask for more coffee and they said okay and never came. Just to get the things like blankets for the kids, the towels for shower,and coffee maker, we had to go down and be mad about it. They promised us over and over they were bringingit when we had called several times before we went down. They just never came. As I said too the next morning we asked for coffee and it never came. Which the maids literally had a cart right outside our door, but they didn't have regular on the cart so I couldn't just grab what I had needed. Which I shouldn't have to just grab what I need for a 300 dollar a night stay. Either way, they never brought it and it had been hours we were there in the morning. They had events for the kids because it was Easter. They didn't do them. Not just us we're there waiting. People were mad and the kids were upset. When we asked about the events like an Easter egg hunt they denied they were even gonna do anything and said to look at the event calendar. We had one and it clearly said Easter egg hunt. A long with other events. We waited 30 min before we went back to the room. Two hours later when we left they still hadn't done any events. They allowed the kids to be sooooo wild at the pool. Which they had a kiddie pool for our two year old who couldnt play in it because some older kids were dangerously jumping into it, knocking all the younger ones over. Which they should have been playing in the bigger kids pool. Which my son wasn't even allowed to sit on our lap while we sat in the hot tub. So we had to leave. The emplyee at the pool made sure to tell us not to let our son stick his feet in the hot tub while on our lap which we did not let him in the hot tub.. Its the rules but we couldn't let him in kiddie pool either which again she wouldn't correct those kids but made sure our son's toe didn't touch the water. While on our lap and not actually in the hot tub. It's wild. Sounds like I made this up, sadly didn't. I seen several families walk into the pool area and leave because of how crazy it was. They charge a ton and it isn't worth it. If u book a room for that night it's like a grand. Book in advance it's 300 some depending on the room. We've paid 130 and by farrrrrrrrrr got better rooms in other places. Even across the street. Place is dirty. Kids are running it. Some of them were nice, some of them just werent. But we were even told when we got upset about no blankets and towels that the room service person doesn't do anything. The employees said this. That he wasn't reliable. They get one that is!!!!!!????????? The lady at the pool, the employee, was rude to my woman because we didn't wanna leave the two year old by himself in the kiddie pool because of how the kids were acting. When I went to pee , I'm using my woman's account I'm a 41 year old man writing this, I had several kids that wouldn't get out of my way in the men's room, they had clothes in both sinks and were showing each other their penis. It was sooooo wild. We are a family of five. Wouldn't ever come back here. Wouldn't tell anyone to stay here and don't have a single good thing to say. Ohhhh and their web site says they have virtual reality but they do NOT and the arcade they do have is pretty small. They have a play room with a few tablets in their that have apps u can download on your own phone. There was a table set up for crafts that no one was there doing them. They had nothing for the kids to play with that couldn't use a tablet either. Like, it really isn't a play room. They charged a lot at the cafe for a coffee that was seriously all creme. We had to askf hem to dump some out and put actual coffee in the cup. The kid was rude because we stuck the pen used to sign credit card slip in the tip cup by mistake. The two cups were both empty. Which also, clearly, no one dipped dude. Like why be rude about that??? The guy opening the door for u when u come in, didn't open the door for us,which we had been pushing a stroller and carrying a baby. IDC if someone doesn't open a door but that was his job. He greeted us once we struggled to get in the doors. Don't stay here. For the amount of money spent on a night u can find something ten times better. Seriously.
