Was Stolas' song to Octavia really that literal? It always struck me more as just showing her theatrical visions of a _possible_ and rather extreme future, just for the sake of calming her after the nightmare- no matter what kind of nightmares she has, no matter what happens to him, to Hell, to all of existence itself, she will still be alright.

Well, we found out in the 1st episode of season two that Stolas was married off to Stella in order to have a prophetic child to be the harbinger of SOMETHING. That song could be what she is meant to prophesies. Which would make since for the Ar Goetia Stolas, who supposedly teaches mortals astronomy and herbology.

Even if Stolas is giving an actual prophesy in his song "you will be okay" in S1 Ep2, it is NOT shown with that star's destruction. Vivzi has confirmed that it wasn't a illusion or vision, but instead Stolas had teleported to a dying star system. His knowledge of Astronomy would give him knowledge of what stage a star's life is, so he would know if a random one was being destroyed that night and the grimore allowed him to teleport to it.

Anyone else theorizing that Blitzø might've only got with Verosika(my bad if spelled wrong) cause he might've known about the crystals and attempted to take them from her too? Could've been the same situation he's in with Stolas repeating itself now. Blitzø also said that his job was killing people before stealing the grimoire, maybe breaking up with her required Blitzø to find another way to earth aka Stolas' grimoire.

Yeah, I've actually been posting that too. I had thought Stolas realized that when he was looking at the book and felt completely betrayed instead of him wanting to give Blitz a crystal as an apology for making sex a contract and seeing if without the contract that Blitz comes back. Either way, this is letting Blitz's business necessities weigh so much on the relationship. He could still give him a crystal as a, 'get out of my life' way, or not give him the crystal as a, 'screw you, you heartless imp', sorta way.

You mentioned something about Stolas being reborn if he were killed that jogged an interesting bit of thinking. I don't think Octavia's name is actually Octavia. I think that's a nickname! As Octavia is the designated heir to take over if Stolas dies, I believe her name is *also* Stolas, and she's the eighth demon to be born to the role (hence the nickname Octavia). That would make Dad Stolas the seventh, which is a rather significant number.

That's because they're essentially "non-cannon" now in the religious scheme of things. There are a lot of versions of The Bible. It's a lot easier to convert people when you provide them something similar to what they already believe. Many of the demons/spirits existed in local beliefs so they get added to the version of the bible predominant in that area then scripted out after larger review. Kind of like how Lucifer and Satan where 2 different beings before they eventually became one being. Or how Jesus' Birthdate was moved to December 25th to align with the winter Solstice festivals and other pagan rituals being held. Or changing the wedding gown colors from Blue (a sign of purity and a connection to Mary) to white to match the growing popularity after Queen Victoria wore one.

I have a prediction with how Stolitz will turn out this season, with what we saw from Asmodean crystals it appears that Stolas is young to make one for blitz so he doesn’t need to see him for the book anymore to get to earth, stolas will do this because he doesn’t want to force blitz to do things he doesn’t want to do and it appears from his perspective that blitz doesn’t really like him in that way anymore, while blitz actually does but can’t process emotions correctly, which means when stolas gives him the crystal itll come off as stolas really thinking he was just an “impish little play thing” and feel awful that his feelings were validated and then out of anger and resentment he takes Striker up on his deal again to kill stolas because it’s blitz so ofc he misinterprets stolas’ feelings and both are too in their own heads to actually talk about their feelings, this then causes some big climax where it either leaves them completely broken up, stolas dying only for blitz to find out what he actually felt, or blitz finding out before stolas is killed and then backstabs Striker, which then in turn causes them to FINALLY talk and work things out, I put my money more on the last option, this will probably be no where near the exact way it goes but it’d be cool if any of my ideas get shown

I think it might just be the pride ring Goetians are birds, hence Asmodeus being more monstrous and only really having a rooster torso and feathering, as well as Paimon shifting his forms before picking the owl.

My idea with the heir and the ranks is, unless killed by angelic weapons they get reborn but with each "Kill" they lose one level of rank till they are so unimportant and powerless they can be marked on the annually "Extermination List". That at least would explain why they need heirs if they still could get reborn. Every rebirth costs power. And Power is something you either get granted by given/taken from others or being born with.

One thing that we need to keep in mind when doing speculation on helluva boss is that it does not exist in a vacuum. It is set in the same world as hasbin hotel and runs parallel to it. Stolas said in his song to his daughter that the seven rings would collapse but she would be okay. We know that Charlie is seeking to find a way to redeem sinners and they may find it possible to redeem a demon as well allowing them into heaven so it could be possible for Octavia to be safe in heaven when hell begins to collapse (possibly caused by Charlie’s plan succeeding to well). Thoughts on this theory?

I’d say it’s solid, except for the part where sinners mainly remain in the pride ring. Even if Charlie’s plan works too well, it would only mainly affect the pride ring unless imps from other rings moved to Pride or something. And even then, the chaos would probably only last a few years or so before everything is back to normal. Also since Hazbin is technically owned by A24, so they would need permission to include Hazbin lore to Helluva Boss.

That star dying that Stolas & child Octavia saw was not tied to her birth. Vivzi confirmed that Stolas used his knowledge of the stars to know what star was dying in current time then opened a portal and teleported there to witness it as he sung his lullaby to his daughter.

the irl Ars Goetia still refers to Lucifer as the top dog in hell, hence why the comment about Paimon being the most loyal to him. For Beelzebub, that depends if Hazbinverse refers to them as the same demon as Bael/Baal. Now for Belphegor, there is an unexpected but purely speculatory explanation for his connection to Goetia. This speculation is assuming Beelzebub is the same demon as Bael/Baal. Both Bael and Belphegor have roots to back around the Assyrian empire and were both worshiped by the Israelites. Belphegor was known as Ba'al-Peor, while Bael was known as Ba'al Hadad. Due to being around the same area, it's speculative that perhaps both were the same entity. So I can see how perhaps maybe Bael and Belphegor are siblings in the show. However, unlike Beel, Belphegor did not assume a position in the Goetia hierarchy prior to becoming the Prince of Sloth.

I really liked that this was a longer video since I love your Hellouva Boss theories! I think it’s possible to go either way when it comes to what will happen with Octavia since Stella doesn’t seem to care about her from what we’ve seen so far so until we see them interacting together it’s only an assumption based off what we’ve seen from the current episode. Her brother we can only make assumptions but if he’s anything like her if not worse then it is possible he wouldn’t be against hiring someone to take out Stolas like she did if it means he gets the position since Octavia isn’t experienced yet. To make sure he gets to keep it I wouldn’t put it past him to hire someone to take out Octavia even if it means betraying Stella if she does care for her daughter even a little.

Honestly so far the more we see of Stella the more I think she may be very capable of having her daughter killed. 1: It would hurt Stolas (which she already admitted she loves tormenting him) 2: If she and her brother are power hungry enough they could see Octavia as an obstacle for her brother getting a higher rank 3: Octavia could get in the way of Striker trying to kill Stolas and Stella already said she doesn’t care who he has to go through she just wants Stolas dead 4: If Octavia were to find out/be suspicious of her mothers plot I could see Stella putting a hit on her to just to cover her own butt 5: Since Octavia is the cautionary heir if something bad were to happen to her it could be used as an excuse to keep Stolas trapped in the marriage in order to make another heir to replace her I obviously could be way off but so far Stella is giving me the vibes of someone who doesn’t really love her child and only had her because it was her “job” with that in mind she may even see her as replaceable

I think i remember reading somewhere on the Demonology wiki about Aamon is that he is the only demon stronger than Asmodeus and Barbatos. Please do correct me if i’m wrong but i thought it was interesting. Aamon can also be seen in the Lesser Key of Solomon. Edit: it was Amaymon who had the power to Rival Asmodeus. Amaymon is the older brother to Aamon and the two usually have the same titles and are similar to each other. I’m guessing that’s why Aamon and Amaymon can be seen as the same entity.

Ok, so in Hazbin Hotel, when they're explaining who the Radio Demon is, they say he defeated ALL the demon princes, and you can see someone who looks a lot like Stolas in the list. My personal opinion is that Heluva Boss is like a kind of Prequel to Hazbin Hotel

I think it's telling that we never saw any interactions between Stell and Octavia. Stolas makes sure to address her every time they're together, while Octavia and Stella seem to ignore each other. Even Octavia doesn't talk about her.

Hmm few spitball ideas: The unforeseen event around Octavia could be symbolism/directly connected to Stolas' future and how drastically it changed from what was expected. Stolas was a dutiful prince, following orders without question, deciphering the stars, and keeping the perfect Goetic image intact. But when Octavia arrived everything changed, Stolas now had a little bundle of joy to devote his time to, giving him a second purpose outside of his duty as a prince. Stolas did everything he could to make Octavia's life a good one, putting up with Stella's tormenting, the important job, the high expectations from the other Goetic demons, all for Octavia. Him sleeping with Blitz, loaning out the Grimoire, divorcing Stella, and otherwise upsetting the status quo, all are tied to Octavia in some way.

Either Stolas position is hereditary, which means in the event of his untimely demise and Octavia's lack of training, his brother-in-law will take over as a sort of regent; or it is like an official appointed position, which means technically stolas can be replaced, just that the one in charge of appointing happens to be his father

1. I would love to watch a lore vid with Luci and Satan. 2. Prophecies at the best of times only confirm when a star is in position XYZ when a particular event is supposed to happen, like on Halloween when the veils of the world are at their thinnest. 3. At this point, Stolas' job is to help Hell survive as much as possible. Theory: Stolas isn't neglecting his duties, but if he gives away certain pieces of information, things will not go the way he or other demons want them to.

For Robo fizz I think its because when Blitz was working in Loo Loo land along with the robo, his performance wasnt good and caused the kids to run. Verosika might be insultingly referencing the fact that Blitz adopted Loona who as she said herself was almost 18 but still a minor so was able to adopt her

I dont think stolas's song actually has any implications of the show. Hes just saying that he will always live on in her heart, even if he isnt there with her. He also just kind of knows entropy is a thing.

I have a theory on Stella and Andrealphas parents. Their father could be (King/President) Zagan. He's depicted as a griffon. (For those who don't know what a griffon is, it's a mythological creature that had the body of a lion and the head and wings of an eagle.) There could be a chance Stella is Part Eagle. I'm not entirely sure if I'm right it's just my theory cuz Deepcut mentioned kings of the Ars Goetia and King/President Zagan is also a king with a bird characteristic. And Vivziepop made King Paimon turn into an owl. Maybe King Zagan could have Lion like fur with Eagle feathers.

i posted this on another yt video about helluva boss when they brought up a possible war between hell internally or between hell and earth, i think its an intersting lore possibility: "He calls strikers sniper, to kill a powerful demon royalty “blessing tipped” i think this implied there had been past battles with this gun being left in hell from heavens army ( this is common in real life where guns are resold after wars) and this is how it was sold to striker since and heaven can bless objects just like stolases “curse” of the harvest moon"

i love the theroy that andrealphus might try to kill octavia but i have a problem with it. it may just be him trying to use a concerned tone for trickery but when he talks about via inherating stolas' duties, he calls her via and sounds concerned. wether its for octavia or for his status i dont know but hence he used the nickname it makes me think he doesnt want to hurt her. its just an idea tho lol

Stella is a swan based demon. Most of a peahen is mottled grey or brown with a white belly and a blue green neck, the mostly white peahen shown is leucistic. Stella however is white with a black cere like a swan. But until vivzie confirms that's just my opinion.

I don't think Paimon would have a problem with Stolas divorcing Stella. Otavia's already been born. That was Stella's one and only job. I could see her having Octavia assasinated for this reason but playing it up like she's the victim, effectively forcing Stolas to conceive an egg with her again. Also, I really doubt demons struggle with the idea of occasionally boinking imps. I'm sure it's extremely common. The most embarassing part is if it got out that Stolas had FEELINGS for an imp.
