Clamping that lower board would probably help. Very nice carving, it helped me a lot. Dremels are cheating though!:)

I beg to differ. Power tools in combination with hand tools are acceptable in the carving world. Your opinion is like saying that using a washer machine is cheating because you are not at the at the River pounding your laundry on a rock! Come on dude step into the 21st century! 😊

@@TheJenkeyNeedle That was a joke dude. Although nobody is doing their laundry and passing it off as art OR craft. There are carving competitions where power tools aren't allowed, but then there are carving competitions that ONLY use power tools. Like I said, that was a joke.
