Great comparison amongst two very popular places to live. I do enjoy the quieter and less hectic pace of Holly Springs vs Cary. Although over time it will continue to grow.Enjoy the out and about videos. Keep ‘em coming!

Holly Springs is terrible in terms of traffic. I sat there for 50 minutes in traffic every day with no alternative route to take.

Such a great video, thank you!! The only thing i could think about that you didn't mention is the fact that these cities are pretty close, and if i would like to see a show or shop, I can always drive a bit more, plus some areas in norrh west cary are super far from everything. Thanks again!!

Holly Springs has that nice Farmer’s Market. Wegmans is supposed to come in 2026, per a Morrisville Wegmans employee.

Lovegrass in Holly Springs has great coffee. Right across the street from Smashed Burger!

I remember when Cary was under 20,000 and Holly Springs was.....well......practically nothing. Technically, Umstead is in Raleigh, but next to north Cary. When the leaves come out on the trees, the road noise from 40 is much more muted.

I think Holly Springs. They’re both great but HS feels more small towny and I’m only 10 minutes from Cary so…many Cary amenities I’m as close or closer than people with a Cary address.

Yeah we’ve been there. The location just isn’t super convenient to other places where we spend our time. But the coffee is decent.
