I always hit the like button at the beginning of your vids because I know the vid will be professionally done & EXCELLENT. This was the case once again with this vid Judy. Thanks for your hardwork putting this and everyone one of your vids together. Your vids are standouts in the carnviore "community. I hope your channel builds to millions. You deserve more views. I loved your interviews with Dr Brownstein & Lynne Farrow on Iodine. I have implemented this treatment to heal my thyroid. I believe the only reason why there are ingredient lables on packages is solely for these companies producing chemical poisoned food is not to get sued. Plain and simple. Imagine if there were no ingredients lables and someone got sick (diabetes, insulin resistence, gained weight, heart issues, strokes etc) these citizens could sue the food manufactures for hiding lab chemicals in their food without warning citizens of the dangers. Much like the cigarette companies got sued because of all the chemicals that were added to cigs to make them addicting. If you read any lable today it's nothing but, poison = chemicals and sugar (which is a lab produced chemical look up vids documentries on how sugar is made = tons of chemiclas are added!! Also, if you read the lables today you need to look everything up on the net to even know what they are as they are Lab "scientific" names of chemicals and how they affect & destroy your health. the one thing that I always worry about with eating meat is the hormones added grocery butchered store meat. I remember during the Brazilian Olympics that the Brazil govt told all athletes not to eat meat because there were hormones in the meat that would show up as a Banned substance and the Altheletes would test positive for a banned substance!! This makes me wonder now because in the US at one time a Brazilian company owned largest pork farms & chicken farms and I believe they sold to a COMMUNIST Chinese company. Also, Communist China is the LARGEST Farm owner in the US now (which I scratch my head at how a COMMUNIST dictatorship controls our farms) and our chemicals in our public drinking water also come from COMMUNIST China. I believe this is why so many Americans are sick. And also, why so many world citizens are sick world wide because ALL of our food and drinking water is poisoned. Thank you again for all of your amazingly informative vids in 2022!! Wishing you & your family a Merry Christmas 🎄 & Happy New year!! 🎉🍾🥳 *sorry my post is so long. Take care.

I started the carnivore (elimination diet) 30 days ago, for health (headaches and feeling lousy, low energy etc) and the first thing that struck me, was the ecological aspect: from the market i but a kg of ground beef i one plastic bag, a few steaks is one plastic bag. Egg cartons are all recycled carton, bacon is packaged by 150g which i empty in one day, but from the market i can buy with a lot less packaging. And the meat is all from my home country, which is max 300km radius. And i feel super good and full of energy. While 30 days ago i still needed all 30 kg of veggies to be brought to my snowy home from sunny Chile, argentina, Africa, Poland, Spain, because we don’t have them growing here in the snow. I am thankful for every bit of life i get from the animals that that are killed so that i can be healthy. And i do not waste anyones life, it is much too precious.

You might not have a heart attack eating a low carb diet You will most certainly increase your risk of a heart attack following this dangerous extreme 100% all meat/animal food no healthy whole plant carnivore pseudoscience I've come across 2 individuals already who have had a heart attack on this carnivore nonsense already. Numerous others wil alarming "arteriogenic" lab work with off the charts LDL-C readings and numerous other abnormal markers.
@patrickchastain2489
@patrickchastain2489 Жыл бұрын
@@TheNaturalHealthBlogger Risk is a cause and effect statement, which requires that you have a properly designed experiment to back up such a claim. No such experiment exists anywhere that I'm aware of. On top of that the vast amount of anecdotal evidence that we do have seems to heavily lean towards people improving there overall health for the better. As far as the two people you are referring to who have had heart attacks while on a low carb/carnivore diet goes; how can you be certain that they told you the truth about what they were consuming as far as food, drink, supplements, etc goes? And high LDL is not a concern for human beings. If you would like to verify what I'm saying there is a gentleman here on KZbin by the name of Bart Kay. He holds three advanced research degrees and is a senior level scientist. Feel free to get in touch with him and check out his channel.

Yet these carnivores will swallow anything these carnivores tell them, when they are eating and cheating with all sorts of plants making out they are "strict carnivore" and all sorts of lies. Yes i'm well aware of Bart Kay his name gets parroted to me everyday on here as if hes debunked LDL-C when he hasn't and its the usual pseudoscience justifying of LDL-C as if it suddenly makes it not an independent risk factor "Consistent evidence from numerous and multiple different types of clinical and genetic studies unequivocally establishes that LDL causes ASCVD. @@TheNaturalHealthBlogger Well if you think Bart Kay is so wrong then front up to him for a debate livev on camera. The study that you have just cited is more than likely to be full of holes and would be easily debunked by someone like Bart Kay and perhaps even myself if I had some time to look through it. As far as the pseudo carnivores go, you'll find that in any given dietary group that there are people who claim to be one thing when they are not. Just look at the vegan community for instance. With regards to negative side effects of carnivore go: there are plenty of videos on here discussing those and how to approach correcting them. On this channel alone (Nutrition with Judy) amongst many others, you'll find really good information on low carb/keto/carnivore diets.

From claiming that you can take any level of iodine with no side effects, again not true, excessively high iodine intake can cause thyroid dysfunction in certain individuals High iodine intake can aggrevate the likes of autoimmune hashimotos and so on. These people don't have a clue and are reckless, you've got them just saying ahh yeah go eat an extreme all meat/animal food carnivore fad diet for everything from heart disease to kidney disease etc, contraindicated conditions, gout, iron overload disorder etc.

@@NutritionwithJudy Inflammation and oxidative stress disorder play a key role in the likes of depression So why then, do you think its a good idea to militantly remove all healthy whole plant foods which contain some of the most potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients and phyto-nutrients which have been shown to attenuate inflammatory and oxidative stress disorders in various diseases? Theres no logic to carnivore, infact doing so just make these conditions worse, by providing even less healthy phyto-chemicals than even the SAD diet.

Two points….. I was worried about vitamin C when I stated the keto then to carnivore diet change and was blown away the day I realized my gums didn’t bleed anymore when I flossed even after missing a few days. Also, thank you so much finally somebody pointing out that livestock is not the major source of greenhouse gasses that is being so aggressively pushed by the plant based people. I worked in agriculture my whole career and know that when you look at the carbon footprint for row crop product, the transportation of and then the manufacturing of processed foods, the comparison is stunning. And that goes for the fake plant based and “keto” processed products as well.
@TheNaturalHealthBlogger
@TheNaturalHealthBlogger Жыл бұрын
This doesn't suddenly equate to that you don't require vitamin C anymore or that you can just consume a vitamin C depleted extreme all meat fad diet All it means is that your gum issues such as bleeding, were from a different cause. Whilst vitamin C deficiency is a common cause of bleeding gums, its by far not the only, gingivitis, periodontal disease etc. Could simply be the change of diet altered your oral microbiome by not providing as much refined sugars etc or removal of inflammatory processed foods etc.

@@NutritionwithJudy Why would an "all meat" dangerous fad diet address fungal overgrowth such as candida? It does little to nothing to correct the underlying factors behind opportunistic infections such as candida, such as low stomach acid and/or dysbiotic flora. It is primarily the prebiotic fibers in the diet which support the gut flora, which in turn produce various acids/short-chain fatty acids which keep candida in its harmless yeast form rather than fungal hyphal overgrowth form. A diet completely void of al dietary fiber for dysbiosis is ridiculous pseudo-science and would imbalance the gut flora further. It only temporarily reduces symptoms by restricting fermentable carbs, which cause symptoms like gas, bloating etc in these individuals ,however does nothing to correct the underlying root causes. Dietary oxalates are not involved in candida etc, this carnivore pseudo-science is getting out of control.

While sharing this upload with people, I first need to assure them that this 45 minute presentation is filled with very valuable bits of legit knowledge, and to maybe watch this in small doses in order to not overload their attention span. I've been animal based for a few years and love how my body appreciates it. I especially like how my body and brain feel on pasture raised raw egg yolks and unpasteurised (raw) grass fed butter. I eat the butter throughout the day for fuel - it's wonderful ! On days that I consume 8-10 egg yolks, my thinking process and attention to details is noticeably much stronger. Thank you for displaying the literature to help explain the processes.

Not only high water use for almonds but other inputs should be factored in. Thousands of bee colonies are trucked in for Pollination from all over the country. These colonies also need supplemental feed. One of the way this is accomplished is feeding high fructose corn syrup.

Love your approach, I have been doing so much research over the carnivore, diet and community. I had been being seen by so many different doctors for two years, I was suffering and basically slowly dying, and no one could tell me what was happening, and all my testing came back normal every single time I finally found a Doctor Who recommended changing my diet to the carnivore diet. I am going on my third week and to be honest I thought it sounded crazy and I was kind of upset that I had just paid X amount of money for a doctor to tell me to drink water and eat beef. But I hadn’t tried it before and I was exhausted my resources and I knew if something didn’t change fast, I may not be around to do anything about it. I was having really bizarre laundry list of physical, mental and emotional symptoms and lo and behold the first week of the carnivore diet was really really hard and I don’t think that something enough people talk about. It was literally a detox. I was even getting flu like symptoms, throwing up, feeling very weak and fatigued, and it was not fun, but simultaneously I was immediately already seeing improvements loading completely went away. I don’t remember last time I’ve seen my stomach this flat and I am petite. I’m not very big, but I would walk around looking like I was 3 to 5 months pregnant and I just started to think it was normal. I started sleeping better, I started waking up randomly at five and 6 AM with no alarm, day, nine and 10 on the carnivore diet, I didn’t even realize I had brain fog, but it all cleared, and I just felt true bless I saw a bliss that I don’t ever remember feeling and I remember hope started being restored from my house because I really didn’t think I was gonna make it and I didn’t know it was wrong with me and neither did the doctors and I started to regain hope but I was going to hell and then I was going to be OK and so far going on week three I think my body is still adapting but overall the positive changes I already have a laundry list so I can only imagine if I am getting significant improvements literally just within a week one I can only imagine what it’s actually doing to the inside of my body which is what I needed. I needed Helen and I am sticking with it and I am being strict with it and disciplined. There are days that I have cravings but my body is already adjusting so quickly that the moment I eat something that does not agree I will know immediately and I would rather not feel like that so for now I am doing best with beef and eggs. I’m doing a little fish and some chicken it’s all pasture raise, grass fed, and grass finished, just so that way I’m not getting any of the greens, soy, etc. from the animals because my doctor truly believes I was having sensitivities in my body which was causing major inflammation, and I was on my way to some serious health issues if not reversed. Moral of the story out of everyone I’ve heard from so far your representation is the best! I love your approach, I love your perspective and I am so happy I found you thank you for your work. Seriously, thank you! And as a woman to find another woman who is extremely educated, and informed it makes me feel so much more safe doing this.

Bravo. Overall presentation is excellent. I think you presented well The argument for the ultimate elimination /ketogenic diet known as Carnivore. I do believe there is need to stress further the adverse affects of plants when ingested. And the one thing I would make clear during any discussion about Carnivore, is that Carnivore does away away with sugars and replaces the sugar with animal saturated fat. If you don’t get enough fat and do no or low sugar snd high protein one will develop Ravit disease. Most people who begin a ketogenic diet including Carnivore make this mistake. 70-80% animal saturated fat & the rest animal protein etc. Again, a standing ovation. Cheers, Dr. Ginge

I am a whole plant based advocate, but i am because of science studies that i had read convince me to. You are the first serious and professional animal based diet nutritionist i have found, for sure is interesting to listen to other ways of thought. But because i am interested in science based nutrition i would love to see some scientific research for all the claims you do. Looking forward to watch more of your videos.

i have been eating only carnivore and fat but I've also never stopped having my wine in the evening, up to maybe 20-25 carbs of dry wine. sometimes I also have a half a piece of sourdough bread in a day, that's it for the carbs. I have seen psoriatic patches starting to occur. while other things like swelling in my one ankle, getting better. I've watched your reels on Oxylate, could this be dumping of a sorts?

Was vegetarian for 34 years... finally got tired of being starved all the time.... a couple of root canals convinced me I was nutritionally deficient and decided to go back on meat. That and I was craving cow guts (liver)... of all things!!! First meat meal I had was fried liver a veg heads nightmare. Suddenly I was no longer starved ten minutes after a huge meal!!!! Hopefully now I can eat enough eggs to help repair my brain from the veg head propoganda I got suckered by. : ) After 34 years it was weird going into a cow morge and trying to figure out what all the red blobs of meat were!!!
