1st week puasa aku dah turun 1kg-2kg.... kwn2 ok tak tu?? Haha.. xpala geng,bln ramadan ni redha jela. Raya nanti on balik. Papepun harap casein ni dapat cover dri muscle catabolic yg melampau... stedi geng. #samasamanaik! 🙏

Makan kena bnyk bang, workout pun kena betul, tdo yg cukup, inshallah naik, sy dari 48kg skrg dh 78kg,so bulan puasa ni drop sikit la, tp. Still maintain muscle,

@@rojakchannel522 2 laa mkn byk. tp maintain sama je.. tp masalah bila badan naik ke 59kg akan demam dan mula susut balik.. badan kurus macam x ada confident.. terima kasih yaa atas tip tersebut.. saya akan tambhkan lagi mkn.... kena lawan juga...

Kita sama je badan bro, Jenis etomop, susah naik, tp percaya la kalau ada minat and JGN putus asa inshallah blh, and make sure JGN ambik roid, Aku ckp atas pengalaman aku sendiri untuk naik berat badan, and main besi ni dh 6 tahun,
