Since I posted my video of the Dillon Super 1050 and Mark 7 Auto Drive people have asked me what the gadget is behind the 1050. It is a Case Pro 100 Roll Sizer. Basically it returns the fired brass to factory spec's and more importantly, removes that nasty glock bulge found on range brass fired from Glocks. Rather than tell you what it does I took the following quote from their web site. You can't get this quality of resizing from the standard dies simply because of how they operate to resize the case.
We accomplished this with a simple process using a forming rail. The rail is mounted to the base casting with 2 precision shoulder bolts and a back up rail mounted to a slide. These components are made of tool steel hardened to a Rockwell of 58-60. This makes it almost impossible to wear these components out! The slide sits on top of 2 floor fillers and is backed up by 3 precision rollers to guide the slide smoothly from front to back. The handle has a pistol grip for comfort while the cases are fed into a transfer bar that shuttles the case over the dies and drops them in between in just one stroke . When the handle is maneuvered forward the cases are rolled between the dies to reduce the bulge and re profile the extractor groove and rim while another case is loaded into the transfer bar.

Another roll sizer manufacturer posted what amounts to an advertisement for their company. This video as well as all my reloading videos does not support Unpaid advertisements. If you want to advertise your company on my videos we can talk price. Until then unofficial advertisements will be removed.

It is their case drive. I would say somewhere between 1500 and 2000 / hour.

Hi George! Is this the autodrive offered by Case-Pro? How many rounds per hour? Thanks!

The casings still need to be sent through a resizing die with a de-priming rod installed?

Extra precaution, probably an overkill but just my choice.

George Ascione. I can dig it. I’m at 150,000 cartridges loaded and I’ve not run into an issue with bulged lower case bodies as a specific issue; but I don’t compete or sell my ammo so I’ve not come across all the minutia if case prep. I’ve ordered up a Mark7 so now exploring everything I can to make sure there are fewer hiccups, if any. Have you looked at the rotary type of these machines coming out of Australia?

George - after you roll size, do you deprime then tumble your cases?

Sorry I just saw your comment now. I don't deprime any longer before loading. This brass will go directly into the stainless steel tumbler dried and go right to reloading. I use the sizing/depriming die on the presses.

We bought one and after the expense of importing it I'm not impressed . Despite what their advertising claims this doesn't roll out Glock Bulges or similar . When I asked about this I was told I'd have to Full Length Resize to get the desired results . CasePro are a Fraud

Well I don't have any dog in this race but we have had good results with our unit. We always full length resize anyway as part of our reloading process but measuring the case after roll sizing shows good results for us.

No problem George . Their literature and adverts make out like you only need a Casepro . We were suprised that it did not do what they claim . With shipping and the extras we are out nearly $4000USD for a machine we call "The Electric Coat Rack" . Thats at best deceptive advertising
