Weirdly enough I found the video. Google: Crayola crafts food charms, towards the top of the search results it gives you a direct link to the Crayola crafts food charm video. Also the markers in the video are used two ways: they color on the clay and then knead it in to make new colors of clay, as well as drawing onto the dried clay creations.

Silly Putty is A US toy that has been around for decades. Crayola bought Silly Putty many years ago. They left the packaging like the original company had. I don't know why other than maybe to keep consumer confidence? You haven't lived until, as a kid, you wake up with silly Putty in your hair that has to be cut out.
