This is a winner for me simply because of the building's landmark designation. While I'm always a bit skeptical of a gut renovation I do like this one here. Each room still has its own quirkiness and uniqueness. I loved the views. IMHO, given the space and its flow, it's cheap at $3M especially when comparing it to other properties in this price level that have been shown on this channel. I LIKE THIS!

The minute I saw this building I knew the rooms would be a great size. I liked that the windows had to mimic the original ones. They're energy efficient & still maintain the character. & heat is included which is another bonus. How many of the newer places or rents have we seen with the split units lately? That's a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants & little local shops. I think the M60 still stops at 110th Street so you can always hop it to LaGuardia airport. I'd say the place is definitely worth the money this time around

Good Morning Cash, it's a Tuesday! You had me at the vibes. Now I'll see the tour and the crib. Definitely what you would expect for three mill. Very urbane. The hood is dope as well. Thanks, Cash. Loved the pre war palace. Ms. Kent was as beautiful as the apartment. If I can say such a thing.

I absolutely loved this place. The outside of the building was a dream and I loved what they did with the inside of the apartment. I don't really have a problem, one way or another, with renovating an older place. I guess it would depend on what it looked like before. But if I didn't see it, it wouldn't matter to me. What was done with this place was really smart design. I loved every room. Nothing seemed "wrong", it all flowed together beautifully. What I especially loved, though that wouldn't have anything to do with whoever buys it, was the way it was decorated. For being a $3million place, it looked like a home, not a show piece. It really looked comfortable and livable. And wow, I've NEVER seen so many suits in one place! LOL Every single closet seemed to be filled with them! I am SO curious about who the seller is! Obviously, a professional musician. Would love to know his/her story.

I can’t believe that’s what upper-upper west side broadway looks like right now. 5-8 years ago? TOTALLY different. My parents lived on 86th and broadway in 1989 and it was still in its Panic In Needle Park era. I grew up on 96th and Lex my whole life until I went to school about 10 years ago and it’s insane how much more gentrified everywhere has become since them. Still dream of moving back and living in a gorgeous, architecturally detailed, ornate, and delightful pre-war 🥲😭

I love this apartment a lot, the building is fabulous. On the flip side, I'm not a fan of gut renovations. I like original details, even if they are sometimes inconvenient, that's the charm. History is being erased which is sad. I grew up living in century homes so I suppose that's what I'm used to. The only updates I remember my parents making were bathroom updates; though we still usually had a clawfoot tub. I guess I'm of an age 😂 but I really appreciate the past. I admit that whoever did this renovation though, did a fantastic job.

Beautiful, but it's a co-op and from what I've read about co-ops, I don't think I'd want one. From what I gather, you buy into the building so the apartment isn't really yours to do what you want with as far as decorating inside, etc. One article said to think of a co-op as a home that you don't technically own.

I would choose this place over the $2.7 million dollar place you showed us yesterday because I really like the vintage building, and for only $200K more, why not? lol Oh, and of course, the main draw is the park with the birds:-) 🐦🧚‍♀
