I can relate to burnout. I experienced it more over content creation than the travel. We usually aim for 4 week stays though, and that allows me to build up that anticipation for the next travel day.

Not a bad place to stay!!! We did laundry in Hawaii and needed two dollars to wash and dry!!! We ended up bringing a bunch of quarters from home!!

It was good for catching up on work and school! Haha that’s crazy! We stayed at an RV park in Williams AZ that charged $5 to wash and $5 to dry! It was insane! How are you all doing?

That's the danger of trying to keep to a timeline.. I found after we'd explored new places for several months it felt great to be in a fairly familiar area and just chill. Good luck! And I think driving 2 straight days to Alaska would beat you down more right now.

We are actually in Door County in Wisconsin for 3 wks total (2 more to go). We went to Mackinac Island 2 summers ago when we stayed in the UP. We discovered Gustafson's Smoked Salmon then and HAD to go back for more! Ha! So we did a 4.5 hr (one way) road trip just for the smoked salmon. Hehehehe!
