Now, if somebody could just combine this with Squad..... Nice vid, thanks. Way back when people were asking for the Apache, well before it was announced, I said that even if we could get it, it wouldn't work well because we just didn't have that interaction with ground elements that is so vital to CAS/ Attack helicopter operations. This video made me feel like there is genuine progress. As I said, if we could just get more Squad into it....

@@CasmoTV Have you ever done a podcast on your military career? I think that would be interesting. I am retired Air Force as an enlisted avionics troop on F-16s. If I had it to do over I would have joined the Army and tried to become a helicopter pilot. Oh well, shoulda, woulda, coulda...LOL

CW5s are fairly fairly rare. My unit had two of them. For one of them, it took about 10 years to go from CW4 to 5. He's been the Army for 40 years.

I love your channel and I learn from it almost every day, but one thing is a problem: fps of your screen recording. Is your hardware not strong enough or just bad codec settings (30fps?). After flying DCS in 60fps and watching a quite choppy tutorial, there is a visual disonance... But that's me, probably not a problem for anyone else :)
