Do you use a heat protectant??? And should a deep conditioner or a leave in be applied before you start the blow dry?

Yes I always use a heat protectant I mentioned it in the video and showed it prior to me blowdrying and every client gets a deep condition either with the steamer or under the dryer with a cap and conditioner. I do rinse out the conditioner though to prevent buildup on the hair.

@@CassandraOlivia thank you... I must have missed that part. Im sure you've been asked before but do you feel its better to use a blow dryer and a paddle brush or the comb like attachment that came with my blow dryer?? Or is that a matter of preference??

I prefer a brush just my personal preference. I’ve only used a comb attachment a handful of times.

Are you a fan of blow dryers with the comb attachment? I find that helpful for men and women with textured hair. Plus, it speeds up the blow drying time.

I wish it took me 30 mins to blow dry my own hair. It takes as much time as twisting my hair for me. I would blow dry more often if it shaved hours of my wash day. Hell, I wish I could style my hair as fast as professionals period. 2 hrs in a salon is 6+ hrs for me

@@CassandraOlivia It's waist length when straightened. I also get a lot of shrinkage in the back. It takes me about 3 hrs to blow dry and 3+ hrs to style. That's what I meant by 6+ hrs
