Cassava and beans with fried fish||Njabeh Nyeaheh with Fried Fish
Ingredients used:
- 1 lb of beans - boil beans with water and salt. For every cup of beans use 3 cups of water
- 3lbs of Cassava/Yucca roots
- Used tilapia fishes in this video, but use fish of choice and season with salt, black pepper, old bay seasoning, maggi/jumbo, ginger paste/ginger powder, lemon juice, vinegar
For the sauce- onions, scallions, black pepper, chili garlic paste, salt, jumbo/maggi, bell pepper, bay leaves, cayenne/habanero pepper
