Bodybuilding culture and gym culture aren't the same thing. However, I agree that there were a lot of accuracies in his statements. Lighting and pump make a bigger difference than most people can comprehend if they’ve never experienced a significant body recomposition. Anyone can have a “transformation” overnight. I’ve actually been pretty fat before and went from 220lbs at 6’2 down to around 175-180lbs in about a year and a half. Yet somehow comparing a picture of me with good lighting/pump vs bad lighting/no pump 20 minutes earlier still makes me look way more different than losing 40lbs of fat lol.

You make any kinds of pictures and one lighting change can make a difference between you with a cellphone camera in your basement and work of modern photography genius. Women who do bodybuilding, besides having a low body fat percentage which by itself would severely limit the amount of fat stored in the hips, also experience hormonal changes because of decreased body fat percentages, as hormones like estrogen are primarily stored in fat tissue. @@zyaicob Yeah, I don't blame him too much because youtubers doesn't make as much as it used to but Better Help is straight dog crap. Its quite a lot like those companies you get offered at your workplace for mental health which turns into either a cash grab or dog water service quality. My best friend had went through these systems at his work as well and told me a whole slew of problems that make it very "unsupportive" to someone who may have mental health problems due to financial strain or family falling apart. Companies be doing that just for the public eye. Not for your well being.

The chart at 15-20% is pretty accurate. The daddybod is pretty much my physique, I‘m just below 5‘9 and about 180lbs and lifetime natty. Maxes are about 440 squat 325 bench and 500 deadlift. At some point I was more shredded and I would say about the 165lbs look, but I was weaker back then so maybe I‘m trippin. Lifting for 10 years, but mostly maintaining the last 2-3 and wasted some time in between
