i don't know if its because of th elack of sleep and stress i'm dealing with but i sort of get what you're saying, but my brain doesn't want to take it onboard.. i guess my concentration is shot.. it feel like my glutamine, or glutamate is on overload as well as my gaba. i'm wide awake(4am) after no sleep last night, but i'm chilled, but anxious/stressed and trying so hard to not stress/be upset.. any pointers would be much appreciated..
